Western Pacific HVAC

Spent $60k for a hvac system which was sold to us as the best system available. This was approximately double what others quoted but we went with it because of how amazing Trevor, owner of Western Pacific, said it was. On day 1 (now about 30- days ago) we notified Western Pacific the system would not turn on. Apparently they never tested it. They sent someone to take a look at it and after a couple hours he cobbled together a temporary fix to get the heat operational. A week or so after that the weather got much warmer and we turned on the ac, which also did not work. We were told to power down each of the 7 thermostats and then reboot one of them, and this would allow us to change it to a/c mode. We were told this was a temporary hack until the system could be fixed. So we did this hack and later that night we heard water running, yet no appliances were on. Turns out Western Pacific drained one of the a/c units into an uncapped plumbing drain. This resulted in water spewing over our newly refinished antique hardwood floor, warping the floor. Western Pacific said they would pay to fix it, but they have yet to do so. We are now a month past when we notified Western Pacific that the system is not working. All calls, texts, and emails were being ignored until we threatened to take action against them. At the 11th hour we received an email from someone we have never dealt with indicating system works as intended. In reviewing their bill we just realized that they charged us for 8 units yet only installed 7. Trevor has vanished. He is not answering his phone or responding to emails or texts from 3 days ago.

Beyond pleased with my experience. They were responsive and went above and beyond in helping source parts for a broken furnace. Diagnosed and then fixed the issue in less than 48 hours from point of original contact!

Western Pacific installed a heat pump and aircon in our condo. We are very pleased with the results and highly recommend Western Pacific. Everyone from Trevor, Shannon, Kelly, Bryce and Connor was very responsive, professional, personable and patient with our multiple questions. :) Bryce and Connor were creative in finding solutions to any issue and were such an easy team to work with. When installing an AC unit, the brand may not be the most crucial factor to consider. The installation company plays a pivotal role; Western Pacific stands out as the best choice. Their approach to the job resembles that of a skilled surgeon, displaying remarkable professionalism and efficiency. Trevor, Shannon and the rest of the team at Western Pacific are truly awesome! Our HVAC system wasn't properly balanced from the original installation (Not installed by Western Pacific). We Contacted Western Pacific to come have a look, they were very quick to respond, very professional and the job was completed in short order with professionalism and consideration to our work environment. I would recommend Western Pacific HVAC to anyone looking for quick, reasonably priced and professional service. Their scheduling and electronic notification system is extremely helpful and not something I've experienced before.

We had a leak in our AC system. The technician was very thorough. He removed the refrigerant and identified where the leak was and then put back the refrigerant. It took a whole day. He was tidy and polite. I highly recommend Western Pacific.

This is a very professional and well run company. They installed a heat pump for me. They help me with finding someone to help with grants. They double checked the install requirements and when they installed the heat pump they were fast, friendly and efficient. Also they cleaned up afterwards really well

Came in and installed ducts/vents for my family house we are remodelling. Their customer service and the quality of their work was outstanding. 10/10 will recommend to anyone who wants quality work done for a fair price

Very professional and timely communication with the technician Bryce and his colleagues.Our house just went through a major remodel and we decided to install heat pump.The overall process is very professional and the Samsung heat pump is very enjoyable to our family.With the government rebate for heat pump, the total cost is way more affordable.I recommend this company.

They are very professional and responsive despite some challenges we had faced with electrical and getting enough airflow to our top floor (as we have a much older home), they worked with us through the process and solutions to make it better.
