We have the F750 and absolutely love it. And it paid for itself 10 times over within days of having it installed. A transport truck backed into me, totaling my front end. The driver accused me of rear-ending him! Luckily I had the video evidence to prove that I was parked and he backed into me! Every car needs to have a dash cam, and Thinkware’s is the best there is.

I have the Thinkware F200 with the corresponding rear view camera. This dash cam was gifted for my bday present in 2019. I have installed (hardwired) this myself to my 2013 Acura RDX, Toyota 2017 Tacoma and now the 2023 Honda Crv. Always consult a professional for install. With that being said, the camera its very basic; HD resolution in the front and back complete with the parking surveillance. Everything I needed in a dash cam. The dash camera claims to support upto 128GB MicroSD card, but only upto 64GB sized MicroSD card for me (I believe I have and older version). The Thinkware DashCamLink app; buggy and laggy at times. Frustrating when your in a hurry but most of the time, its bearable. Overall good basic Dash cam.

I purchased The Thinkware F70 a little while ago and it has met my exceptions and I am very happy with the F70 and all of its features. Easy to set up, use and view the footage. For the price you can not go wrong. I like the size of the dashcam, the way I installed it on my windshield makes it very discrete and hard to spot. I also purchased a Thinkware hardwiring cable accessory kit, which allows the camera’s parking surveillance mode to function while my car is turned off. The kit allows continuous power to my dashcam via the fuse box. The kit makes the installation very easy and you do not have wires dangling all over. Thinkware's customer service is always awesome and everyone there is very knowledgeable and very very nice to talk to.

I have had my H50 for about 5 years now, time for a new 4K upgrade, always had a great experience with customer support helping me with questions and understanding firmware updates. I have been using the Thinkware M1 system on a Harley Davidson XR1200 for 2 summers now, just shy of 40,000km with cam. I could not be happier. At a full stop when a Harley is shaking away, the picture is totally smooth. Riding in the middle of the night is recorded very well. Screenshot of night time, stopped at red light ,included to show how stable image is in low light, paint shaker conditions. It is totally waterproof, rode through many a deluge with no problem. Phone app works great, never a problem connecting. Daytime riding, picture is clear and color saturation is so good I have stopped using an action cam for recording scenic rides, and just save video from the M1. Always wonder how good warranty is on any product I buy. Never needed warranty during warranty period, but had a rock cause damage when out of warranty so asked if I could purchase just a damaged piece. They got me all fixed up, tells me I know I can certainly count on their warranty as they go above and beyond.

I bought a dashcam few months ago for my dad. At first, the customer service was pretty good considering we had some problems setting up the device. Later on, we found out the stickers couldn’t peel off. I called their phone number and they insisted the stickers were fine and that it was our fault we didn’t know how to peel the stickers. It’s just a little bit ridiculous isn’t it? I have already sent all the pictures and they insisted it was our problem now.

I had issues with my F800Pro dashcam encountering system errors and restarting whenever I hit a slight bump in the road that triggered the crash sensor. But this is not a review of the specific product. After contacting support they agreed that my unit was defective and offered to send me the current model Q800Pro at a greatly reduced cost even though my current dashcam was a couple years old! Talking to support people on chat was quick and easy. My only issue is that I need to send in the defective unit prior to them sending out the replacement, leaving me without a dashcam for several days. Overall I would recommend Thinkware as they stand behind their product!
