Never going back. Between ground delays, food poisoning, olympic distance gate connections, terrible baggage handling, and belligerent US ICE agents with sub-100 IQs, I will find an alternative routing or tell my employer it's not going to happen.On my last (yes last) connection to Denver on Air Canada, the gate display was indicating an American Airlines flight to Las Vegas.GFY YYZ.

Please avoid Pearson at all costs if you can....always, always I mean always a delay, if it's not one thing it's another, this time, there is no ground crew to load the luggage onto the plane, so another fricken delay. Always an excuse, and it's not even winter yet....fly elsewhere!!!

I think they have I Am Sam running this place, Pearson airport and Air Canada run about as smooth as square tires. Expect to wait for your luggage as long as the time onboard your flight.

What a dump of an airport. Everything is overcrowded. The security lines are crammed. The Air Canada lounge is a dump and the food served is old and cold. There are definitely not enough bathrooms as people line up to use a stall . Lines a mile long at any restaurant/food. If your connecting and have a choice, choose Calagy airport over Toronto.

We are stuck on Gate F51for at least 2 hrs. waiting for the door to open so we can go to our gate(F32). Tim's coffee is a far away walk and has long line-up. Just a delay of at least 15 min....not bad at all.
