I wish I could give them 0 stars.I recently had the misfortune of encountering the worst customer service I have ever experienced. The level of unprofessionalism and the blatant disregard for customer satisfaction was absolutely appalling. I felt compelled to share my dreadful experience with others, so they can be aware and avoid such an unpleasant ordeal.First and foremost, the representatives I dealt with displayed a shockingly bad attitude. From the moment I reached out for assistance, he seemed disinterested and indifferent to my concerns. Instead of providing helpful solutions, he responded with condescending remarks and a complete lack of empathy. It was as if they viewed their job as a burden, and I, as the customer, was nothing more than an inconvenience.Furthermore, the support I received was utterly subpar. When I called seeking assistance, I was put on hold for an excessive amount of time, only to be transferred multiple times without any resolution to my issue. It was frustrating to repeatedly explain my problem, only to be met with incompetence and an inability to provide any tangible solutions. The lack of product knowledge among the customer service team was astoundingly evident.To add insult to injury, the company's communication was abysmal. Promised callbacks were never made, and emails went unanswered for days, if not weeks. It seemed that once they had my money, they couldn't care less about ensuring my satisfaction or resolving my concerns. This level of disregard for their customers is completely unacceptable and reflects a company culture that prioritizes profits over customer support.In conclusion, I strongly advise against engaging with this company due to their abysmal customer service. The unprofessional attitude displayed by their representatives, coupled with their lack of support and disregard for timely communication, makes for an infuriating and disheartening experience. Save yourself the frustration and seek out businesses that value their customers and prioritize exceptional service.

Booked a tour with Joon and had a great time! Scooters were easy to use and staff was friendly. Tour was amazing, got to see lots of sights around Toronto and our guide Caelan was informative about everywhere we stopped. Would definately book again!

I had the misfortune of dealing with Joon Scooter Rental recently, and I have to say that it was one of the worst experiences of my life. The staff there treated me and my friends with such disdain and disrespect that I cannot recommend this company to anyone.Firstly, the employees were incredibly rude and unprofessional. They seemed like they didn't want to be there and didn't care about the customers. They were dismissive when we asked questions and didn't bother to explain anything to us properly.But that was just the beginning of the nightmare. When we tried to rent a scooter, they told us that they didn't have any available. We had reserved one in advance, but apparently, they gave it away to someone else. They didn't apologize or offer any alternatives, just told us to go somewhere else.The whole experience left a bad taste in my mouth, and I wouldn't wish it on anyone else. Avoid Joon Scooter Rental at all costs unless you want to be treated like garbage and left without a rental.

Loved the tour offered by Joon. I have never seen Toronto on a bike before and I can’t believe all the sights that I didn’t know about. Joon tours definitely have one of the most amazing tours of Toronto

I had an absolutely amazing three hour scooter ride in the city of Toronto with my guide Caelen. Quite honestly nothing can describe the experience, aside from “why haven’t I done this before?” There truly is no better way to explore downtown Toronto, and to better understand its history and its heartbeat. I would recommend Joon scooters and my amazing guide to anyone. Oh, and this was my first time riding a scooter, and it is so easy. Trust me if I can do it with two left thumbs you can do it too. Thanks guys, I’m still smiling.

I rented three e-bikes (Vespa). The process, the product and the service is really good. What I didn’t like as much was the rent, it’s expensive to rent an e-bike with them.

He took the time to explain all the necessary details about the scooters, including safety instructions, operating procedures, and the best routes to explore the area. His knowledge and expertise made us feel well-prepared for our ride. Caelan's attention to detail was exceptional. He inspected each scooter before handing them over to us, ensuring they were in excellent condition and ready for our ride. He took great pride in his work, as the scooters were impeccably clean, well-maintained, and equipped with everything we needed, from safety helmets to spare batteries. Overall, our experience at JOON was unforgettable, truly amazing and I look forward to coming back on a more regular basis!

I rent a scooter for about 3 weeks, and I just loved it! It was an incredible way to discoverToronto and to see it through a new light. Riding without boundaries from the city skyline to the beach have forged some unforgetable memories !
