On Thursday January.12/2023 my company hosted a large staff function through this location with a very large order. After the fact 14 people throughout our company suffered food poisoning from salmonella and were extremely sick with severe stomach pains, projectile vomiting, and Diarrhea and we were all extremely sick with these symptoms from Friday-Monday. After contacting the location they argued that any of us got sick from their food and refused to offer any sort of compensation and hung up on us. I will never step foot in another Mucho Burrito for this reason and definitely recommended everyone to stay away. They lack common food handling etiquette and its disgusting that people need to suffer like this when you trust people will handle your food appropriately and flat our ignore any sort of accountability.I would rate this lower if I could, but unfortunately 1 star is as low as I can give.STAY AWAY!!! unless you enjoy food poisoning!

A lovely branch with adequate seating, nice lighting, and is very clean! The girl who served me was very nice and accommodating. I had my first ever burrito bowl which was nice, but I guess I still prefer the wrap. Will be coming back to this spot if im in the area again!

Forgot to give me items, constantly taking amongst themselves and having to re ask my order. Maybe get better employees, lots of complaints on here about them.Veggies are burnt. Won’t be returning.

Placed two large orders for two families and it was all prepared on time, while only staffed by one young lady. She did a very good job handling everything herself and was pleasant to deal with. I would definitely order from here again.

I work nearby so drop by fairly regularly for lunch, but with what I was served today I doubt I will be returning to this location. I expect more than a skimpy tablespoon of protein in an over $12 burrito, and almost walked out without taking the burrito after seeing the tiny amounts of meat now being served in their burritos, but I was hungry so I didn't.

I have had one of the best burritos in the city today. Everything was just so perfect. Harman did an excellent job with sauces. I hope I get the same type of burrito everytime I visit you. Thank you guys.

The most annoying thing about these guys is how they always cheap out when on putting toppings. Like every time I order from here, I always notice their staff being so cheap and always putting less toppings and when I ask for more they still don’t even put that much lol. Like you guys would get more customers if you guys went above and Beyond for your customers, im not sure how much you guys even save doing this lol. Definitely not big margins.

The atmosphere was very welcoming, exceptional service, looked very clean, neat and tidy. I ordered a veggie bowl with a side of nachos and churros. It was amazingly delicious. Just writing about it is making my mouth water. I would 100% recommend this place.
