Dr McLean and his team were awesome. I had to get all four of my wisdom teeth removed, and I HATE needles and really anything to do with Dentists office. They were very understanding and I was in and out and have had a very good experience

Absolutely horrible experience! Before, during after surgery were all a bad experience. I paid around $4000 to remove 4 wisdom teeths. The staff, including the dentist, behaved silly and inappropriately. After my surgery, they didn’t bother calling me to ask how I was. I had horrible pain after my surgery. I called them but they prescribed medication that gave me really bad reaction. I had to go through two weeks of hell after surgery. I would not recommend this place.

I got my wisdom teeth taken out on Friday and everything went great. Really nice staff from the front desk all the way back to the op. Procedure was quick and so far the healing has been good. I recommend this place!

So here goes. Yes i was kept waiting for an hour, but they explained why and if the service is worth it, it is worth waiting for. Great experience overall. It is surgery plus 1 day today. I had 6 teeth removed. The whole service was beyond good. I am terrified of dentists but would have no qualms coming back here. Thank you

Dr. Gotaas is very friendly and explained everything in great detail before the surgery. Everything they said to expect after the surgery had a solution, and all their aftercare tips worked perfectly. The whole process is very organized and streamlined. Thank you also to Jessica, for getting us in on incredibly short notice, which was a miracle, and greatly appreciated given our unexpected circumstance.

Fantastically friendly staff. I felt very welcome from start to finish of my surgery. It was a bit of a wait, but they were very forthcoming with the idea that it might be. Would you be alright waiting a little longer if it means that they are doing a thorough complete job on the surgery happening in your skull? I would. Thanks all! It was a great experience!

I had my wisdom teeth surgery here and Dr.M was very good. They did a good job but the nurses werent the friendliest post surgery. I could not talk for a few minutes but I was desperately trying to ask a nurse for water but i could not get their attention. I just reccomend that they keep an eye close to their patient instead of walking around the room. Other than that, it went well! When i had questions, i called them and got responses back shortly. Thank You!!

I was nervous to come here after reading some of the reviews, but I have to say that I can only echo the positive reviews. All staff I came across were friendly and professional. Dr. Lam performed my surgery. My initial impression of him during our pre-op consultation was that he was confident and more than competent. He took his time to explain things to me and asked me several times if I had any other questions. I never felt like I was being rushed. A few hours after my procedure, the clinic did a follow up phone call to see how I was doing.Regarding some of the complaints regarding wait times, you should keep in mind that this place also performs emergency surgeries and there is simply no telling how a day will progress as every patient is different with different needs. I intentionally booked my appointment for first thing in the morning to avoid a long wait time. If you hate waiting, you should consider an early morning appointment.

My wife had wisdom tooth extracted by surgery. It was good that they accepted my wife an as emergency patient. She went through so much pain after coming home. She had constipation after taking Tylenol 3 and her pain did not go away for a week. She was extremely careful while taking food as she did not want to get infection. When she called after a week, she was told that it was normal and she just needed to stay with Tylenol 3. There was no sympathy and consideration. My wife wanted to see any doctor from the clinic just to make sure that it was not infection as the pain stayed the same as the first day even after a week. The nurse said she would call her back the next day. And they never did. No follow up from them. So, my wife had to go back to the original dentist from the Southgate Dental Clinic. The dentist at the Southgate Dental Clinic found that she had two big mouth ulcers and that was the reason, she was not able to swallow food and even water. The dentist gave her oragel to apply inside her mouth to cure her mouth ulcer. The ulcer was also due to the surgery. Worst place to go for oral surgery. I do not recommend this place at all.
