Enterprise Rent-A-Car

I deal with Enterprise Brockville during my car was being fixed after a collision. They did a great job. Cole and Michael are very nice persons, reliable and very helpful. Congrats!

Cars don't come with winter tires. Manager tried to feed me a line that you should not drive in winter conditions. We live in Canada! He is suggesting we should hibernate and only come out when it is nice in the spring. Now, I am paying for a rental car for a week, which I am unable to drive because one, it does not have winter tires, and two, the tires that are on it are worn and unsafe. Thanks Enterprise! You have lost a customer.

Excellent staff. Great car. Reasonable rates. Doing business with the staff at the Brockville location was a joy. All around great experience.

We did a reservation for a car and we had to pick it up on Saturday at 12:00 the. Guy that we spoke to didn’t mention at 12 they will be closed and we didn’t receive any call from them to check if we are still going to take the car now we don’t have a car and all our plan for Christmas was canceled cause of it at least they had to give us a call specially they will be closed for4 days

I had a reservation booked via my insurance company while our vehicle was at the bodyshop. Enterprise brockville called me a week out to confirm reservation and asked if I had a credit card for the reservation, I said yes I do but asked if they needed to authorize any money on it as I would need to prepare for that if so. I was told no they did not need to authorize anything on it but that they needed the number on file incase of damages or a claim or whatever during the rental. I came in for my reservation which was paid for through my insurance and in person they needed" to charge me a $300 deposit on my card which I did not prepare for because I was told I did not have to. I offered to pay debit which they said they could only do if I provided two pieces of up to date utility bills to prove I was worthy of credit which clearly I did not have with me and home was 30mins away and my vehicle was already at the bodyshop and I was at the mercy of Enterprise's shuttle service that brought me there. I asked if I could pay cash to which I was told they could not as they were a "cashless facility". I asked if I could use my fathers credit card to which I was told the cardholder had to match the booking name on the reservation and if I wanted to use his card he would have to be there in person and they would have to add him to the rental at $10 per day out of my pocket not covered by insurance. The manager was rude and argued with me in front of my children and offered absolutely no resolution and simply that if I couldn't put it on my credit card that he would not rent to me. I am almost 40 so not a child by any means and this to me has got to be the worst customer experience in a long time. I was stuck at Enterprise all morning with no help or advice from Enterprise. Ultimately my insurance company booked with another rental company in town to help me out if this problem and that company worked with me and was able to help

I just rented a vehicle from Brockville Enterprise and had a very good experience. Would recommend. They were very professional. Kaden the manager was particularly helpful and genuinely care about customer satisfaction. I would rent from them again.

Absolutely horrendous service. A total nightmare.I booked a rental online, as transportation to YOW. Obviously I had to state YOW as my drop-off location and that I was only going one way.Everything worked out great! I booked, received confirmation, and was satisfied. Ready to fly home after over a month working!A few days later, 4-5 but maybe even a week, I received a call from Brockville Enterprise letting me know that they had overbooked and weren't sure if they would have a rental for me on Tuesday, and that I shouldn't count on one. I was floored. How and why did this happen? Does their online software and booking program not keep track of this? Do they regularly overbook? I was left high and dry and told to ...uh yeah

The staff were courteous, helpful, and efficient. Pretty cheery for the time of day too! No complaints at all.
