Typical autopac had guy take pics of my camper n I thought he was the adjuster but he wasn't had send pics 2 adjuster n still haven't heard nada at the end of 2day 05 06 23

Whatever you do, do not complete your drivers exam here. They will fail you on the smallest technicality. Go to any other MPI, except this one.

I was very nervous for my road test as every examiner I have had in the past was incredibly unpleasant, and hostile. It seemed that their goal was to make you anxious.Today, I had Anton (Employee # 136 A.S.) for my road test and he made me feel comfortable before we even got into the car. He greeted with a smile, and explained everything to me with a calm, professional demeanour. As I was driving, he even made small talk!! I felt like I was driving with a friend. This helped me drastically in being able to relax for my test and enabled me to pass with 1 error!!People deserve to be put in an environment where passing their road test is actually attainable. The best place for road test. The evaluators are so kind that you feel happy even if you don't pass the test =)

Went to talk to a supervisor about how my adjuster was handling my claim. They refused to speak to me. Told me my adjuster will call me that day. Didn't happen. Worst service from MPI I have ever received. 3 months to settle a car theft claim.

I attended my road test with an examiner named Arkady. I want to thank him here once again. I was very excited before taking the exam so he talked to me and made me feel more comfortable. He explained everything in detail before the exam. He is a wonderful and very kind examiner. Thank you very much again!
