Jean-François Durocher, a financial planner at this branch, was very helpful to me. He went out of his way to assist me with a matter and went above and beyond what was expected, even helping during his lunch break!Jean-François Durocher has an excellent attitude and this branch is lucky to have him there!

This bank makes your situation worse, they are incompetent. I went to get a new debit card as the debit terminals said chip declined. Even at the branch here my chip didn’t work. I asked for a new card…. Didn’t have any…..ok…… send me another one with same debit card # the girl tells me. In the meantime I can’t even turn on tap on the card on as I have to punch in the pin#. So she shows me how to add my debit card to my apple wallet. Perfect I thought , I can get by until myNew card comes. So I leave and I go to get gas to get to work tonight, my card was cancelled states the debit terminal. Are you serious , so not only did I not get a new card but she cancelled mine completely stating to me it’s better to get it in the mail versus a new one because then it’s the same debit card #. In fact I can’t even access online baking because myDebit card number won’t log me in because it’s cancelled. Thanks for wasting myTime and making my situation worse! Been with bmo three years and I’ve head my problems then I ever did with Scotia bank who has was with since I was old enough to open an account. Definitely considering a switch again to a new bank.

this has to be the slowest branch in st. catharines. the tellers are rude. i have been dealing with bmo for 50 years and have never been treated with such an unfriendly and upsetting manner. my suggestion is to deal with a nother branch.

Came in multiple times, received help from Financial Services Manager Scott Stephenson. He is an amazing person, and I have always left impressed with his level of customer service. I would recommend seeing Scott any day!

Bank Montreal is the best..lot nice people service excellent..I have Meridian for long time isn't bank is.a group of investors lot promble to do loan or line credit..

Have used many BMOs over the years and have generally been happy with the service but the Bunting Road BMO is to be avoided! Friday afternoon, 1 teller for more that a dozen customers, (not including 3 who walked out). She was doing her best including trying to help another staff locate keys. Finally a 2nd teller came on who tried to blame me that the ATM wouldn’t accept my money. Will definitely not use this location again.

Horrible experience the bank manger She is so rude long story short we changed banks and our car loan is with bmo so I made sure that I took the correct paperwork met with her signed the paperwork everything. This was in June now it's September and still no payments have came out of my account. The last five payments I've had to do directly and they blamed me for there mistake now in July I didn't notice that my car wasn't coming out so on July 22 I get a nasty gram from bmo collections saying I owe three payments and that if I don't pay that day they would repo my vehicle .... Like seriously all because she didn't put the paperwork through and she made me look like a lyer so that day July 22 I went in made a payment way over 1000 dollars and they assured me it wouldn't happen again... August came first payment date came still money in my account so I went again calm and made a manual payment. They told me again don't worry it won't happen again so I was patient and said ok aug 22 payment to come out they forgot to take it so I had to go in again and pay for the third time in a row final straw of this bank .... September 2 get another nasty call from bmo saying a tow truck is coming because I've defaulted on four payments for my van that I owe which was impossible because I went in twice paid manually twice and made sure that they had the correct information we'll end of story she was on the phone with the collections department making me sound like I was the one at fault so angry she shouldn't be I charge something needs to be done end of rant

How do you get a managers job at this bank? guess how many beans there are in a jar? Service from the manager deserves a minus 5The most unprofessional, inconsistent financial institution I have dealt with.It's surprising that no one from head office ( if there is one ) is actually looking into the operations at this branch. I would keep my money in a tin can rather than deal with this bank Carlton and Bunting Branch

Just went into BMO at the Bunting Ave location to cash in some change I had.Girl takes a look counts and says I am short on this stack of dimes which I wasn't she just had to push down the paper. I argued and said it's all there. And if you are questioning my integrity I will move all my monies out and to another financial institution. Another employee who i wasn't even dealing with piped up and started running her mouth.This bank had given me and I am sure many other nothing but problems. I am done with it
