Kelso Conservation Area

Beautiful park to spend a lot of quality time with family.I went to this place with my friends family and mine.Tips:1. Book entry in advance as entry at gate is costly2. Plan the timings and chose ur slot accordingly3. Book slot of chairlift online to avoid disappointment if heavy rush4. Keep at least 20-30 min time gap between entry and chairlift slot5. Google map took me to summit entry so be careful to select kelso lake entry6. Carry a garbage bin bag as there are very less dustbins and no garbage bin at the summit parkPlaces to visit:1. Enjoy picnic and ur food at summit with a beautiful view. Check my pics2. If u r not willing to climb upto summit by walk then use chairlift but Make sure to return via hill walk. It's fun3. Beach area is beautiful, scenic, clean water. Carry sand toys, kayak and beach chairs. It's lovely

Great for hiking and kayaking. The top of the Niagara escarpment is only 8 minutes away last the little tunnel. The view isn't the best, but still worth the hike. There are hawks flying around sometimes.

Nice park with a lake and a beach. The water was cold, but some were swimming. Will come back again for sure when boat rentals will be opened for a season.

Beautiful places to walk in the rain. Will go back. More to explore there. Warmer day to swim at the nice beach.

Perfect place for spending a warm day with family and friends. A small beach, open areas, and a beautiful, though short, boardwalk.

Beautiful conservation area. It feels ethereal in the woods, we hike for 4 hours, had a great view from the hills, the rocks and turkey watching. It was a Thursday afternoon, tons of parking and very few people/bikers. There’s a discount if you buy tickets online, about $10/person or even less

An exquisite échappatoire for couples, family, and friends. It is kids friendly and offers a wide range of activities for each discipline, including a beach area, boat rental, and trails. I personally appreciate the landscape as it offers very beautiful views if you are willing to walk for them. It is a perfect short road trip if you are coming from Toronto.

Great boating and archery experience. Lifejackets and boat were nice and clean. Our kids enjoyed this! Trails were hard to figure out.
