Thanks for looking after and Welcoming our new rescue dog Stripes!!

Having a pet is expensive, I have compared prices. They are in the middle. Service wise they are always super awesome with my dogs. They treat them so amazing with so much love and respect, I feel confident they will have VIP treatment. They are open: Monday to Friday 8:30am to 5pm. Saturdays 8am - 1pm. They follow Covid safety protocols, happy to see.

This puppy left with a cone if shame and sadness. But we were happy with her care and appreciate the friendly and covid safe service.

I can’t say enough about the exceptional people who work there. They have always gone above and beyond to take care of my cats and I just can’t thank them enough!!! Thank you for getting Ray in today with only one hour before you guys closed. I can’t tell you how much it meant to me that you guys did that and took care Of Ray. Thank you!!

Really disappointed. Have a rescue that growls but doesn’t bite. Second time I brought her in for an eye infection the vet would not look at her because she snarled! Excuse me? This pup has been there before to get her nails clipped, theyprescribed some downer and said take her to a groomers! Which I did and no problem. Unless your dog has no fear and is completely passive this is not the place for your pet. Warning! If your vet is afraid of animals then this is not the place! On top of it all they misdiagnosed and said she had an infection and prescribed antibiotics! It was an allergy!!!!!

I just want to echo all the praise and positive feedback regarding Tsawwassen Animal Hospital. I was previously at another local vet and was SO SO dissatisfied with their bad service and lack of professionalism. I finally left and followed the recommendation of multiple people who raved about this place. From the beginning, they were already so professional and kind. My new doctor is thoughtful, kind, and most of all respectful towards my beloved pup - you can tell she is keeping her best interest at heart. I was on the hunt for new vets all over the lower mainland but followed recommendations that led me here and I highly recommend you do the same! We just spayed our dog and their care and follow up has been the absolute best. I am so grateful. Don't waste your time anywhere else, this place is fantastic. To everyone who has answered the phone or emails, or has interacted with me, and of course the wonderful doctors - Thank you very much!

When I tried to put a mask on the dog they looked at me like I was the crazy, it’s mandatory to wear a mask here 05/2023. Made us wait outside for 30mins after our appointment time. The other clinic’s prices were half so we went there.Reply; I’m happy you figured it out.

Phoned with very worrisome cough and choking of our chihuahua. They would not make space to see our dog and said they didnt want a possibly contagious dog in the clinic. Turns out our dog had a hernia, respiratory infection and blood parasite after seeing another clinic. Despite regular checkups. Very disturbing

Magritte had a great visit. So glad he is now vaccinated from another nasty raccoon disease. He loves Dr. Katie

We've been taking our dog Stanley here for years and all of the front desk staff, technicians and doctors are dedicated and they clearly believe in the work they do for the community - we gladly trust them with the special needs of our old dogUPDATE: we said goodbye to Stanley today and called to have Dr Robertson and Danielle come to our house to euthanize himBoth were professional and compassionate, patient and caring and helped make a very hurtful process a little betterThank you both for helping our Stanley get to a better place
