I brought in an old pocket watch that belonged to my husband's grandfather. It had not kept time in years. Mark Halmo got it working again and sold me a lovely display case for it. He was able to tell me the year it was manufactured (1903). I also had two rings sized. The cost was reasonable and the service was quick.

Halmo jewellers has been our go to jeweller for the past few years. They take the time to answer my questions and educate me on the jewellery. They sold a custom engagement ring to my fiancé and we are ordering our wedding bands through them as well. Great service and friendly staff.

I’ve never had worse customer service than this in my entire life. I’d rate them lower if I could. I took my engagement ring to Halmo Jewellers to have it sized. When I picked it up 16 days later, I noticed that they had cracked the gold band. I called to tell them that and they asked me to bring it back in.I brought it back and they advised that we replace the band with something thicker to avoid breakage in the future. I was quoted 10-14 days, and told that they would put a rush on it so that it would be back sooner if possible.After 14 days, the ring was not done. I followed up six times before receiving a phone call on day 18 to come and pick it up. When I came in, I disputed the charge because I had already paid to have it sized and they returned it to me damaged.I was immediately told that I was the one who has broken the ring, that I was lying to them about the damage, and that I would be stealing if I didn’t pay the full price.This conversation was the most disgusting example of customer service I have ever seen. The owners told me that I “had a bad memory for a young person”, “was acting like I do this all the time”, that my ring “was always inferior quality”.When I brought my ring in initially, they told me that my ring was beautiful.I will never step foot in here again. From the beginning, the female owner was rude and difficult to work with. They both completely discredited any negative reviews, which speaks to their arrogance.I wouldn’t recommend Halmo Jewellers to anyone, and would caution you from working with them.

Can’t say enough about the team at Halmo Jewellers! I was looking for a pair of earrings for my wife and they helped me find the perfect set and at a great price! Thank you guys!!!

My family has used Halmo for many years! Recently I needed to have my rings cut off my fingers Mark Halmo was able to help me with this and have all my rings repaired and a great price! Halmo will always be our family go to jewelry store for many years to come

My fiancé bought my ring here. Absolutely beautiful, however it was not stamped. The only jewelry not stamped that most of us know of; is fake jewelry. Of course this is unfair considering the price you pay. I live out of town so I had to drive all the way back From London to Simcoe to Drop off and wait to get it stamped (as it had to be sent out to do so). I’m still waiting and it’s been over a week, for a mistake that was made on their part!! This should have been double checked by the person who resized it and then checked again by the store! This process should have also been rushed considering how long you already have to wait to get it resized. And again for an error on their part. Will not go here for the band.

Brought my 417 yellow gold cuban link chain in to get repaired, as on the links broke, and they did a very scuffed/shoddy job of repairing it, can visibly see which link they repaired, as its completely different then the rest which are uniform (identical) on top of that the link they repaired, has already broken again and its only been 8 days. Would NOT recommend Halmos to anyone. If i could rate lower than 1 star i would.

Disappointed when I took back a chain that broke and was told it was under warranty for a year then they tried to charge me $25 when I picked it up even when I had my receipt...they waived the charge after I questioned it. I won't go back.

Cheryl and Mark are very knowledgeable, kind and helpful no matter what your needs may be. They supported me as I struggled to find a lovely but affordable engagement ring. I wouldn't of been able to find the perfect solitaire engagement ring without their help and valuable expertise throughout the whole process. I wouldn't trust anyone else with such an important purchase. I would recommend Halmo Jewellers to anyone that is looking for the perfect gift for their significant other.

Working with Halmo Jewellers i got a custom engagement ring, it was exactly as I imagined and most of all she loved it so much! Definitely going to come back here for the matching wedding band! Highly recommend them!
