Not very pleasant experience at all. The man seeing me had a terrible attitude, bad mood and was condescending. Yes he did check what I asked, but his attitude was awful. I honestly don't recommend. I will tell you what he told me, if you are only looking for tickets stick with the internet (or maybe go to another agency).

We are still trying to get the rest of our airfare refund related to the Covid shut downs in 2020. Air Canada has refunded back to the agency but they are not returning our emails or calls nor sending the refunds back to us. Air Canada tried to contact the travel agency on our behalf and were ignored. Very frustrated and disappointed.

I called to book a flight with my dog and the person said they would get back the same day. They did but told me they don’t reserve for dogs... indeed one of the mangers told me it was too much work and not worth it. Conversation lasted 30 seconds but thought it would be appropriate to expose this.
