We were very pleased with the professionalism and efficiency shown by Rob in installing our wood stove. Our home is new framing built around a century old structure so the installation provided some challenges. After getting multiple quotes and disappointing installation suggestions from two other companies Rob was able to do the installation without any offset in the stove pipe and exceeded our expectations with the finished result. The corner fit was perfect and the exterior chimney is barely noticeable. Rob was always on time with appointments and the job was finished promptly with complete cleanup afterwards. We absolutely love our wood stove and will continue to recommend Rob and Flue Crew Chimney Services.

Rob and Jeff at the Flue Crew were efficient, professional and honest. When we called to ask for a fireplace assessment for an old and unused fireplace, we expected to hear we'd need to make a major investment to get it up and running. However, after an assessment of the fireplace, chimney and liner, Rob gave us the good news that the fireplace was completely fine and ready to use. Not knowing a lot about fireplaces, we appreciated the honesty. Will definitely call them again!

Great service, great products. Joe is prompt to return calls and emails. Our 16 year old Regency woodstove needed new baffles. Thanks to Regency's lifetime product warranty, we were able to get them here, quickly and at no charge.

Rob and his team did a fantastic job. We are so pleased with the result. Not cheap....but you get what you pay for. Professional, prompt, easy to talk to, straight answers. For our application.....so warm and beautiful to look at. Would do it again in a heart beat.

They are not what they used to be. I called to get my chimney cleaned. They said they would call me when they have time. It's been over a year and still have not heard from them. I guess they have bigger and better things to do. Very disappointed.

Driver was a complete maniac, driving through Campbellford on Industrial Dr and he went flying around us going all over the road (both sides) doing 80+ in a 40km/h zone around winds and turns just to pull into Island Park Retirement Residence on Trent Drive just to get out of his black pick up truck casually. You won the race to no business from this guy.Maybe next time don’t do that in a vehicle with your business plastered all over your vehicle....

Rob Beck & his crew did absolutely outstanding work on our fireplace feature wall. Rob was especially amazing at working with us every time we changed our minds with a new idea or change of direction. He was incredibly efficient, has the most amazing skills, quality workmanship EVERY step of the way & showed up on time to a tee every single time he booked an appt. I have never in my lifetime had such an amazing contractor do work for me. Super, super impressed!
