The plumber that was sent to work on our project was not a journeyman. He was an apprentice, who performed the work unsupervised. The work was done incorrectly, causing an entire bathroom flood. The owner came out, surveyed the damage, and told us to leave the damage until everything dried. He sent a fire and flood estimator, yet didn’t follow through with fixing the damage, siting that we were only after them paying for a new bathroom remodel. The experience was stressful. Being bullied is never a good business trait. Would not recommend them or use them again.
