I cannot speak highly enough of Chylynne Clements, our manager. She is always going above and beyond to help the residents, and her dedication to their happiness is truly inspiring. Even when she doesn't have to, Chylynne will come in and make sure everything is running smoothly, and she does it all with a smile on her face. Chartwell Wellington Park is an exceptional living and working community that provides a top-notch experience for all its residents. Chartwell Wellington Park Retirement Residence is a wonderful place to live. The residents are grateful for the exceptional living experience that they provide. They have made it their home and enjoy all that it has to offer.

I attended the fit minds program at Rockmosa with Chylynne and Julia which helped me build my confidence and left me feeling better than when I came. I continually look forward to attending this program and engaging in the activity and the discussion with the group. I would give Julia and Chy and 11 out of 10 for their leadership and engagement skills within the group! I am excited to come see the property and stay here for my hip surgery

Mom had recently suffered a nasty in fall at home managing to break her ankle and requiring respite care . We looked throughout Guelph visiting several homes with many not offering these services while others were fully booked with no space . We meet with Danielle and she made the enter process seamless from start to finish along with the support staff at Wellington Park Guelph to assist with Mom's short stay and care . Her studio suite is nicely accommodating and we have been able to move in the required equipment to allow mom to be safe along with her staff supporters. Looking forward to her return home however in the meantime feel comfortable knowing she has 24-7 care at her fingertips with a nice place to stay and a good variety of meals daily along with scheduled activities so thank you again Danielle and support staff at Wellington Park for making Mom's respite stay comfortable !

My parents spent a little over 4 years at Wellington Park, and I'm not certain how those 4 years could have been much more challenging. Between their own deteriorating health and the unexpected and lengthy incursion of Covid, the staff and management continued to adapt and support throughout these unprecedented times. Thank you for all of your efforts in maintaining what seemed like minimal Covid restrictions and outbreaks, constant communication and attention to detail to make life more enjoyable.

My father has been a resident of Chartwell Wellington Park residence for the past two years. He now is approaching his 103rd birthday and going strong. I can't say enough about the staff at this residence. Even though these past 2 years have had incredible challenges, they have remained positive and provided the best of care for my father. I am consistently provided updates on my father's well being and any suggestions they may have regarding improving his care. My father has made numerous friends over these last couple of years and as a result has provided me with an ease of mind that all his needs are being looked after.

I have been a vendor at Wellington Park for 10 years now. Staff are supportive and welcoming to both residents and staff. My Mother lived at this residence for 5 years and absolutely loved it. The accommodations, service, entertainment & food met or exceeded her expectations every day. Even with the Covid disruption to everyone's routine, we were kept in the loop as to activities and adjustments to the programs. Great job by Trina and her whole staff.

Thank you Chartwell Wellington Park for all your help with my mom and for providing a place for her to land in a time of crisis. Mom stayed for two months and really enjoyed her time there. I was so impressed by the facilities, the size of her room, and how amazing and caring the staff are! We needed very quick accommodations for my mom and Chylynne and Danielle responded quickly and we were able to get my mom into a suite within about 48-hrs. As a caregiver I also felt supported by the Chartwell team. Mom stayed for two months and made good friends while she was there. There are lots of friendly and social residents there and many activities that helped her pass the time. Mom raves about the friendly staff and the food! She said that she especially loved the daily homemade soups served at lunch and dinner every day. We highly recommend Chartwell Wellington Park.

The family agreed that mom should live at a Chartwell Retirement home. We moved our mother to Wellington Park in Guelph. It was so easy to make the move and transition. Any issues are taken care of immediately. The people are friendly and always communicate with the family. It is a great feeling to know our mother is cared for by professionals. We are very happy with Wellington Park Retirement home.

The staff at Wellington Park are very friendly, caring and helpful. Management, nurses, PSWs, receptionists, hair dresser, cleaning and maintenance staff all seem to know all the residents by name. The facilities are comfortable, clean and well maintained. I especially enjoy the meals and the frequent musical entertainers.
