Two thumbs up with all the craftsmanship and the cleanness after the installation, as well as the easy communication from the start to finish. In this strange era, most of us felt it has been rather difficult to get services from any trades company; however, Tom definitely showed us how much he cared about his customers. We simply told him the reason for installing the gates (we were expecting at least two months of wait time) but he got it done as soon as possible to make us feel safe. We really appreciate it, thank you Tom and your team!

Tom was very helpful in designing our fence. It was quoted and installed within 2 weeks which made us happy as we had a new puppy to keep safe. We had a small issue with the install but Tom and his crew were back out and fixed it. I would recommend Thompson Chain Link for your next project.

Asked for custon chain link fence gate installed in existing fence. They were able to come 2 weeks ealier than expected and finished an excellent job in under 1 hour. Great professional fast work! All at the best quoted price amongst contractors.

We requested quotes from three businesses and Thompson Chainlink got back to us within a few days, while we never heard from one business an the other business got back to us after 3 weeks. The service has been excellent, the price is reasonable. There was an issue with the install but when we let them know, Tom was immediately on it and got it fixed up within two days. We don't expect perfection and understand mistakes are made, but the great responsive service to fix the issue really made the difference. We would recommend this business.

We had a hole in our chain link fence fixed and TBH, it's the best job I've ever seen. The work was incredible. Look, I know I'm going on about a chain link fence repair, but you have to admire the workmanship of a job well done.The only way you could tell that there was a hole is that the patch is a little shinier.

I called for a quote for new fencing. I didn't get asked a bunch of questions on the phone, he asked for my address and arranged a time to meet and discuss what I wanted and made suggestions that worked better for my yard. That's quality service and the quote was a great price too!
