Some home-visit associates often cancel their shifts, leaving parents with no support. Bad service. This has been an ongoing problem for the past decade, with no improvement.

This company is filled with knowledgeable and professional staff. The workers carry a huge amount of insight, and are able to follow through with any requirements that are asked of them. As someone who has worked in the social service field for many years, I am impressed not only with the office staff and management of this company, but also with the front line workers, who continue to go above and beyond for families.
