Dr. Moore's and her team have created an inclusive environment where they can do a variety of tests and procedures so you don't have to go elsewhere which only adds time for those suffering from migraines.I have very, very stubborn migraines. Dr. Moore's is patient, takes her time and listens. The staff are equally as great!Congratulations on having such a progressive and helpful clinic!

I am so grateful to have found this office. After a series of minor head injuries and a brain injury at work, I have had my share of neurology appointments with different doctors that have left me feeling negatively about the speciality in general. Dr Desai and his team took time to hear my history and made me feel comfortable and welcome in their clinic. I feel like I have found a space where we are all working towards the same goal, of getting me better. Dr Desai speaks to me like he truly cares about my wellness and future and for the first time in a long time, I feel like I have a plan. I just feel such relief. I can’t recommend them enough, I wish I would have found them sooner. You can trust your care with this team.

This place was very welcoming and did an amazing job. The most friendliness people the moment I walked in as well as throughout the appointment doctor and tech as amazing.

The staff and doctors at MINDS are fantastic. From the minute you walk in the door you know it is a professional and well run office. Check in was easy and painless, as was getting put into a room and waiting to be seen. Dr. Desai took time to ask me questions, get to know me and understand my issues. I couldn't ask for more. Stroke and Heart Disease run in my family and getting an Independant Assessment was the best thing I could have done. Couldn't recommend more.

I have been seeing Dr. Desai for diagnosis and then treatment of my condition for 5 years now. From my very first visit he listened to my concerns and very quickly put me at ease. He has been monitoring my condition and has found solutions to most of the symptoms that keep cropping up. He has taken into account my suggestions when I have raised them. Every patient experiences the condition differently, and in my opinion, Dr. Desai has tried very hard to tailor treatment to best suit my individual needs. There came a point in my treatment that he felt that I needed to consult some additional specialists. Dr. Desai and his staff have advocated for me to make sure that I am able to see the people who will be best able to help with whatever difficulties I need to address at every step along the way. Also, I have to say that my experience with his staff has been wonderful. I have spent a lot of time with the nurse practitioners Lisa and now Lorraine. They are caring, knowledgeable, and take the time needed to document my concerns thoroughly before I see Dr. Desai, so that he can focus his time with me on the truly important things that need to be addressed. Dr. Desai runs a very efficient office; I cannot think of one time when one of my appointments has even been late.

Update: The owner ended up calling me to discuss and booked me in for a consult. The consultation today was thorough and the doctor seemed knowledgeable although no real treatment due to the nature of my condition. The mishap was with one of the employees after all.An absolutely unprofessional clinic. From booking appointments to testing to making up rules not to see patients. A totally horrific experience. Book your appointments with another neurological clinic and save your time and energy.

I recently needed to wear a 30 heart rate monitor. When I went to MINDS to receive it - the technician told me that I could not SWEAT while wearing it. It was during the heat wave. She also told me that if it got damp, it would be damaged and I would have to pay for it. I left very upset. I am an active person and it is impossible to not sweat in this weather. Covering it with a zip lock bag for showering is possible but it still gets damp regardless how careful you are... I did some further research and found out that my cardiologist prefers that you continue with regular activities so they can monitor HR activities in a normal" day. I decided to try another another place called One Heart Care. SOOOOO much better. In fact they wanted me to sweat and were able to give me a water proof monitor. Soooo much better. I was also given the option to take it off for short times to swim or bathe. A much better experience. So if you are looking to be active while wearing a 30 day HR monitor I would not choose MINDS...try One Heart Care instead."

I have had aggressive 4-5 day migraines since I was a child and have been brushed off by previous neurologists saying that my migraines could be controlled and cured by lifestyle changes. I changed my lifestyle and my migraines did not change. Dr. Moores was the first doctor I had who I felt listened and came up with solutions for my migraines. I am now on a treatment plan I have hope in. Please extend my thanks to Dr. Moores and the team as a whole for taking care of me :)

I had an appointment @ minds neurology with Dr.Desai. When I reached @ front desk, the staff was very cordial and directed me to Lorraine Np for assessment. She was very friendly, cordial. Enquired about my health condition and did some tests. Finally Dr.Desai came. Did some tests and explained thoroughly about the reasons for my condition, advised some tips to overcome the problem. He was very polite, friendly and overall my experience was very satisfactory with my appointment.
