To be honest I'm giving them a 4 because the salon was gorgeous! I had walked in with hopes they would take me. Unfortunately for me they are appointment only.

I got a set of Gel-X nails for the first time and they look great! Super helpful with selecting polish based on the inspo picture I had. Loved being able to book my appointment in advance, and kept me up to date about my appointment and COVID protocol prior to coming in. Thanks so much!

My first time back to Kuoqi Nails since COVID and I was impressed by the safety precautions that the staff had in place. I was called before my appointment to confirm and go over some new protocol such as bringing my own flip flops for the pedicure and a reminder to bring a mask. When I got to my appointment, my temperature was checked and I was asked to wash my hands before choosing a polish.As always I’m very happy with how my nails turned out and felt safe during the process. I definitely recommend coming here. Thank you for the lovely experience!

Cherry and her staff were so friendly and accommodating. Celebrated my best friends pre wedding nails here. Chic and very clean salon. Great selection of colours. Extremely competitive prices and they do such a nice job. Will definitely be back!

I absolutely loved doing my nails here. I did a gel overlay service and the girls here were so friendly.I especially loved that the owner reached out before my service to get an insight into my nail history and what they could do to better prepare the appointment for me.I was pleased to see how clean and spotless everything was and my nail technician was very easy to talk to and knowledgeableI don't do nails very often so it was nice to have that feedback and why she was doing certain things.I went back to shape them differently because my original design was getting in the way of my everyday routine and even without an appointment I was slotted in right away. One of my photos show them at almost three weeks' growth and for being active at gym/ not being overly careful with them - they have not shown any sign of lifting. I highly recommend KuoQi for wonderful looking nails in a blissful setting,and for an affordable price.

Always love coming here. They do an amazing job and take good care of their guests. I always love my nails and get a lot of compliments. I change it up every single time and they put up with my crazy personality. Love them. They also have a drink menu and iPads for their guests. So I'm entertained all the time. Love these guys.

If I could give more stars I would! I visited this salon shortly after it opened for a pedicure, and the service was amazing. So comfortable and inviting. They did a lovely job on my toes. My second visit I came in hoping to get my shellac taken off my nails and put a new colour on but I was in a time crunch... they made sure I got out on time and did a beautiful, thorough job on my nails. The drink menu, and the iPads are a bonus. Everyone here is so sweet and accommodating! I cannot recommend this salon enough!

I've been going here for over a year now and always have a consistently great experience. Cherry has brought my nails back to life with our bi-weekly shellac manicures. The colour selection is great and they are always on time for appointments which I appreciate. I've gotten a pedicure with many different ladies and they've all been great & relaxing. Definitely a hidden gem!

Ask them to have a matching polish for regular pedicure and shellac manicure and they responded saying that over 90% of their regular polish matches their shellac but there was no designated section so of course I picked a colour that they said they had, which of course after my pedicure they could not match.Not to mention, only 8 days after my shellac manicure started to peeled off. Also their shellac manicure did not include cutting/cleaning up cuticles…basically just cutting nails and painting which was also very strange.Unfortunately not worth the money.Though there was a misunderstanding of of polish colour people were relatively nice but they just seem unorganized and the quality does not seem up to standards.
