Shoppers Drug Mart

I came in for anxiety meds and had a problem with my coverage, they were quite rude and started trying to talk to me from across the pharmacy, in front of several other customers. I told them please, just let me leave, il figure it out some other way. I did not have to put me on the spot like that, or have my situation projected to the 5 or 6 bystanders. I've had multiple unpleasant experiences here, but that was the last straw. I called another pharmacy and they found a solution to my problem within 5 minutes. Really just dont go here if you want to be treated with dignity

Worst customer service I’ve ever seen, both up front and in pharmacy. They can never locate my meds without searching in about 3 different places, and they always run out of my meds. Service person (female, glasses) at front till does not ever say hello, thank you or smile whenever I purchase anything. It’s like she’s inconvenienced that I want to buy something and support their business. Switching pharmacies even though I have to drive further.

Minus 1 star for giving me and charging me for the wrong prescription. Not once but twice.Minus 1 star for trying to over charge me for Dexcom.Minus 1 star for not even knowing what zyban is.Minus 1 star for the attitude and bad customer service.If I had more stars to take away, I would go on, but in my opinion, the incompetence is clearly apparent, in my opinion. Moved all my diabetic and other prescriptions over to London Drugs. Never again, I can't have people who I can't trust play a role in my healthcare.Oh, and please do not give your canned & generic response like every other response on here. When you copy and paste the same response, it lacks any sort of care in the world. It makes you look even worse.

Poor customer service from the Merchandise Staff(A Male Employee with Glass). The Merchandise staff isn't allowed customer to return Carlton Cards" I bought yesterday with the recipe shows "Retain Recipe For Return within 30 Days". Check the Company Policy not saying I can't. Supervisor isn't here. The Merchandise Staff just walked away and let the customer hanging at there. Poor Poor Customer Service."

Do not use this pharmacy as there are others literally across the street that will take care. I tried using this pharmacy for a number of months a couple years back. I found continuously rude service from the pharmacists. I had two occasions where I called ahead for pick up of medications and show up a few hours later to be told they didn’t have the medication in stock (not rare meds). No one had told me on the phone nor called me to let me know not to pick up the prescription. They were condescending and took ko responsibility. Tonight, yet again, a prescription was phoned in directly to the pharmacist for pickup, and when I showed up two hours later, they looked confused, finally tracked down the prescription not filled, and said it would be a long wait. I returned to the pharmacy based on their posted hours online to find they had, yet again, closed two hours early. Find a pharmacy that cares about you, your medication, your medical history, and has professionalism from all staff.

The complete lack of customer service from the pharmacy at this location was absolutely shocking!! I had asked for a prescription to be transferred from another location a week earlier and had gone in yesterday to pick it up. Nobody had a clue what I was talking about and kept passing off to someone else to deal with it! The person who finally decided to help me was extremely rude! From my view point, my transfer had been sitting on the fax machine with a number of other faxes. All I wanted was to know how long will it take to fill my prescription, and he told me he had to confirm the transfer. Okay, how long will that take, seeing how it was done last week, I was told! He asked if I was going to wait around? I replied, depends how long it will take. He could tell me, he was extremely short tempered with me.I aked, Just give me some kind of time line here please!! Seeing how it had been a week already!And then trust they will full my prescription properly!! I don't think so!!The whole experience was humiliating and frustrating! It's not the customers fault that this location is not organized!I'd be afraid to have them handle my medications!!

I would like to praise and commend your wonderful store staff a kind gentleman that was working at the front till today this evening between 7 PM and 8 PM. He was very kind and very patient, to say as an understatement but he was very generous and helpful to an elderly man who is having a difficult time using the debit machine. I hope this store staff member is recognized and supported and acknowledged for his kindness, and has good deed!

I was treated very badly at this shop. I t start with me nothaving no postal code at the post office , she was very rudeand said that she cant find it, and she shoved my parcel along the desk I started to walk out and then I was confronted withthe manage, and he said I have to escort you out of this shop.so there I was standing outside with my parcel, he would not let me stay, it was very humiliating to be treated like this, the womenwho was behind the desk, I did not know her name, but she hadglasses dark hair, and very miserable looking, I want you to lookinto this . and give me the results, and look into this terriblebehavior, I have been to lots of shops, and never been treated in this manner.

My Grandfather smoked his whole life. I was about 10 years old when my mother said to him, 'If you ever want to see your grandchildren graduate, you have to stop immediately.'. Tears welled up in his eyes when he realized what exactly was at stake. He gave it up immediately. Three years later he died of lung cancer. It was really sad and destroyed me. My mother said to me- 'Don't ever smoke. Please don't put your family through what your Grandfather put us through. I agreed. At 28

Hands down the worst pharmacy, consistently. I called for a week before my prescription was going to run out, trying to get a re-fill. My dr faxed my prescription THREE TIMES over the course of 5 days and they STILL did not have my medication ready. I called every day, went in store 3 times. Their in-actions and incompetence has physical and mental consequences on people’s lives!!!!! I received my medication (after 4 days without them), they were “out” of my meds and gave me 3 with an IOU to come back. They treated me like I was stupid when I tried to hold them accountable. There is 0 communication amongst the staff. I could not recommend stronger about not using this pharmacy. The staff need more training & their supervisors don’t seem to help.
