Annette is the best. She gives best pet boarding services. My dogs really taken care well . I am confident to drop my dogs at Willow Acres Pet BoardingKennel in Ontario.

We boarded our Olde English Bulldog and American Bulldog after visiting Annette and the facility over the winter for a 10 night stay mid May 2022 and cant thank Willow Acres enough for treating them like their own pets. Our two are rambunctious and full of personality, Annette took the time to update us during their stay and they took to her right away when we dropped them off, she took care of our OEB medication for a UTI and probiotics also. They have a comfortable secure set up and I feel we received great care and value for our furry family members and would not hesitate to recommend Willow Acres and will use for any other boarding recruitments, very happy and grateful for there caring service! Annette took such great care of our standard poodles for an entire week while our house is listed. She is responsive and very accommodating! Our dogs came home very happy! I highly recommend Willow Acres! You will not be disappointed!

We've been taking our pup here for the past 6 months. We feel confident knowing our big furbaby will be well taken care of each time he is there. He is happy to go and is a happy boy when he gets picked up. Annette and her staff are wonderful. We won't go anywhere else.

I cannot say enough good things about this facility!This is the second time I had to board my Chihuahua with severe separation anxiety, the first time at another facility did not go very well as he came back not physically good at all (thats another story...)I was out of the country for 10 days and Annette kept me in the loop constantly. You can see she really loves your pets as her own as she suggests the best care options and spends quality time with them :)Willow Acres is a gem, my dog came home with lots of energy and acting like himself (unlike from the other facility).Will definitely be back 100% !!!

We've been taking our dogs there for many years. Annette is wonderful. Our Yorkies are taken care of so well. You can tell your dogs are comfortable with both the setting and their caregivers. We almost feel like family now.

I found this gem last minute as I needed boarding for my dog. Annette was able to accommodate for me, was very nice about it and eased me through the process.As I arrived, I noticed it was very homey, opened space and surrounded by lots of nature. She is on property which is very comforting. Immediately she gave my dog some attention and took the time to let him smell and get used to the place.She is willing to stay communicating throughout the duration on my pups stay, gave him one on one time and took the time to allow him to eat when he was ready.This is luxury attention compared to the other kennel I took him to who will just opt out feeding times if he did not eat at the given time slot, understandably my dog didn’t eat from nerves and a change of environment.I noticed when I picked him up, he was extremely happy and comfortable. He even went and gave Anette extra goodbyes before we took him home. My experience was never this great from the other kennel, which I would pick him up and he would be very quiet and seemed a little sad.I am overly happy with Willow Acres and I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a more family based boarding. I will not be going back to my old kennel and will have my dog stay here from now on.She was amazing and I would trust her again with my pup! Highly recommended!!

After boarding our very spoiled german shepherd here for a week we couldn't be happier with their personal focus, communication and obvious expertise. Absolutely would recommend this very personable kennel to anyone that wants their pet left in capable hands. Thanks Annette and staff.

Willow Acres provides good care when we need someone to watch our pups. The dogs get indoor/outdoor runs and trundle beds. They do not get out to play with other dogs but for a small fee on top of an already reasonable price per day, they can go out on a daily walk. Annette is very flexible on drop off and pick up times. Book early as this boarding location fills quickly!
