I love this pharmacy. The staff are wonderful.Dhrupat is one of the pharmacists and he is very helpful. Always clear and answers all your questions.Really great bunch.

the employee I asked help from today, was rude and cut me off with every question I had, and was rude when I checked out...she had short hair..and today is June 30 2022 it was 9am...and she was stocking shelfs...It can't be that hard to figure out who the rude woman is...time to retire her

Best pharmacy! All three pharmacists are amazing. Polite, helpful, and compassionate. Willing to go above and beyond to help. Can't say enough to explain the attentiveness and care I receive.

Their first response when you ask something is go check the aisles. I would not ask if I was able to find it. Then, their final response is if there is not there means that we do not have it. I expect them to show me exactly where the item that I want is. I can not search all the store for an specific item.Also, they have a strange attitude as well and pretend that they are busy while they are not and it takes around 10 minutes to just enter your name and last name in the system. They should work faster and respect people’s time.

Pharmacy had internal billing issues and was not able to give us the prescription without paying, benefits cover 100% but due to their billing issue they wouldn’t allow the release of anti-seizure medication. Pharmacy said they had to reach out to doctor on Dec 21 to correct the issue. Went without the medication for two days and as a result had a seizure. Went back today - Dec 26, and they said they didn’t have the right update yet from doctor for billing purposes. Not even willing to release a couple of pills while they fix their problems.

I agree with Kyle’s review-“Pharmacy employees are inept. Cannot count and have ZERO compassion for customers.”Staff talk over you and don’t gather the correct info before ending the call resulting in several mistakes and now it is day THREE and I still don’t have my prescription properly filled.Their staff called several doctors offices which they should not have with my personal information. If only they had taken the time to listen to the specific medication details I required.They make excuses for other staff members but in actuality this is why computers and automated phone prescription refills are taking over because physical staff just don’t take the time to care for others.Very disappointed and won’t be returning to this location at all.

Dhrupad was one of the most helpful person in the store. I had such a great experience with him would 100% request him again when I need help. He really cares about his customer and always goes above and beyond to help everyone.
