Great service 90% of the time. Which is saying a great deal being that it's in an often very busy corner.Something as simple as a phone cover and they'll try to find what you want. They often have lovely deals. And just the sweetest ladies work there.Selection is Fab for such a small store when a week later... NEW STOCK.

They have great service and they stand behind their product. The formula for their mermaid nail polish did not dry properly and they exchanged it no problem.

I reluctantly decided to get my daughter's ears pierced because the local professional piercers were unavailable anytime close to her birthday. She had it done tandem. One woman was clearly very experienced and confident, the other was cleary nervous and newer. Predictably, one earring was perfect, the other did not go fully through and the more experienced woman had to remove it and complete the piercing. This, of course, was painful for my 5 year old. Right away I noticed that the messed up ear was lower than it should have been but I was assured that it was exactly where she originally drew the dot for the piercing. The jewel fell out of one earring that night. They gave me a replacement earring to put in after they were fully healed. The ear done by the confident woman healed well, the other struggled with infections and was noticeably lower and pierced on an angle. After two months of badness on the side of improper placement, we allowed it to grow over on that side and just took her to a professional piercer as we should have originally at Black Flag. I feel stupid even leaving the review because I knew better but let her birthday excitement get the better of me. But, still wanted to warn others and try to remind them to go to a professional piercer with proper high quality jewelry amd proper infection control practices. Its not worth the savings.
