Just go here, Anshu was amazing and incredibly patient. We came in on a Saturday evening because of the student plan. Anshu quickly greeted us and asked how he could help. Right away he answers all of my dad's questions, he writes everything down, explains everything throughout. We came back the next day and we had to come in the evening because conflicting schedules. And this man greets us again smiling and so friendly. He was definitely busy but he did his best to get to us, eventually when it was our turn my dad had many many more questions for him about different plans or what benefits all that stuff. And he did his best and answered all the questions showed us different plans and their benefits. We decided to go with a plan but after some confusion Anshu quickly fixed everything for us. We apologize again for keeping you overtime. He literally helped us till the end! He is truly so helpful, patient, knowledgeable. I definitely recommend shopping here! He was literally by himself but juggled like 4 customers at a time.

I was going to get new plan and phone for my wife and I. I did a research on several retailer and including Mobile shop. Honestly I found the best deal in the Mobile shop. We went to the South common Mobile shop and meet Anshu. He was very experienced and helpful and he knows his job very well. We got very amazing deal with his advise. His service was the best service we ever had for mobile shopping. I strongly recommend South Common Mobile shop and sales associate Anshu.

Steven was incredible last night. He was knowledgeable and professional, and so very patient. I brought my senior Mom in towards closing to get her a new phone, and Steven took the time to explain and re-explain some things several times to make sure Mom had EXACTLY what she needed, and he didn't rush us at all even though we were the last customers of the night. He was very professional!

Aman is one of the best customer representative I have dealt with. She is always smiling and very polite. She always provide us with best deals. I will pass on the message to all my friends and family. Never disappointed whenever I go to her location.Thanks Aman for giving us the best experience.

May 9 / 2022Got a Samsung Galaxy A35 ( 5 ) today . Service rep Aman - was very helpful . She really knows her work , gave me a great deal .In my opinion , the mobile shop in this superstore is the very best place to get a phone .Better then Costco , especially if you like PC Points .Aman is a Fantastic sales woman - very fair and understanding .Thank you Aman for your services !

Went to this store and got my Samsung Galaxy S22+. A sale person Amandeep is very experienced about phones. She helped me from the beginning to the end. She is polite and very helpful. If you want a phone from this store, I suggest you should go and see her. My money and time were well spent.

I am so pleased with the deal I got at this Mobile Shop location for a Samsung phone and Koodo plan. The staff were super-helpful, particularly Anshu. I had a few hiccups with the free accessories, but Anshu was extremely pleasant and helpful. He did not stop helping me until I was satisfied. I have purchased many phones and plans in the past, but now will always go here first.
