I have used the services of Computer Elite on several occasions. I purchased a new hard drive and the transfer of my data went smoothly, only a few glitches but when I contacted their IT service department, their response was immediate and Rob/Dee solved my issues quickly. I would recommend them to any and all people needing assistance or purchasing any electronics, etc., because their customer service is the best I have ever experienced. I’ll use Computer Elite for all my computer needs from now on. They’re why it pays to shop local. They designed and purpose built a computer for me for flight simulation. The staff in the Orillia store and Tech Center are knowledgeable and friendly. I had some trouble with my downloaded software performance and they fixed it remotely right away by updating some drivers. I’m super happy with Computer Elite. Thanks everyone.

Just had Jareth leave our home to restore an email account for my senior mother. He was timely, patient with my mom, polite, and even gave her a quick walk thru of her new chromebook laptop to make things easier for her. Top shelf service. I requested several business cards to hand out as needed. Would recommend this company to anyone with computer issues.
