GPS Police Inc. – Vehicle Tracking

Loved the personal, detailed service especially for a non-tech person such as myself. Problem resolution with prompt informative/understandable email support. The training they offered really helped me. Money well spent on a quality product that really works.

We run a small fleet of vehilces and trust GPS Police with tracking them. The software is great for locating where our vehicles are at any given moment, as well we can go back in time and see where the vehicles have been on a map and for how long. There are also great features that text me when vehicles are turned on and used outside of business hours or if drivers are speeding. Customer service and support is superb as well.

I can't give a five star rating for all the years I've been using GPS Police because there have been issues with receiving alerts in a timely manor. However, that problem seems to have been dealt within the last year and lately, every thing seems to be working like it should. I have always been dealt with courteously when ever I needed to get in touch with GPS Police and I know they always worked hard to solve the issues. I also like the fact that most times I called, I reached the owners of the company personally. The monthly rates seem to be very fair, especially if you pay a year at a time. And, I like the fact GPS Police is a Canadian company. Oh hell, why not. Five stars.

Excellent customer service , it was an exceptional experience dealing with them. I was in a tight spot and needed a GPS unit for my truck like right now. We do a fair bit of snow every year. Having the history of the GPS system has been vital to our business for liability purposes, for billing and for making sure our staff behave! Billing is simple and the website portal is very intuitive.

We have just signed up with GPS Police for our GPS tracking. Although we have not gotten hardware installed yet, we are this weekend & they have gone above & beyond to work with our schedule & help us get everything sorted. Can't wait to see/use the program as it looks super user friendly & way more to offer than past carriers. Thanks Vicoria....it's been a great pleasure so far!!

Our company has been with GPSPolice for 10 years and we have never looked back. They really listened to their customers needs and genuinely love what they do. There are probably lots more functionality I have not tapped. I love it because It just works, and the pricing gets better and better.

This group/company is Awesome! Every time I have a question, they are always, always very responsive and helpful. We have worked with them for 5 years and they have always responded to any question or concern in a timely manner.The units themselves have been incredibly easy to use. The reports are informative and very useful in determining issues with our trucks.Their customer service from start to finish has been incredible! I am so glad we found them for our monitoring/gps needs! Thank you!

This Company is a joke and is dishounest as they come! We were with them for 10 years with a growing fleet (30 units). We decided to check pricing and saw that they were offering considerably cheaper pricing for new costomers with zero upfront cost. We were paying for upfront costs and install. When we called to complain and hopfully get it recified, they weren't interested at all, just offered the same new rate and didnt care we had paid for all our hardware and been a loyal costomer for 10 years. I asked to have a Manager or the owner Rene to call me to discuss and I never recived a call back. Very disheartening and shows their true charter and costomer service.

I've found this service to be a real benefit to our company. The live vehicle tracking, and the ability to review historical vehicle usage, has helped us to make decisions and to be more effective and productive. I'd highly recommend the service if you have employees using company vehicles.
