A 0 star rating. I called 30 days ago trying to get an appointment with Sachin still hasn't returned my many calls. Managed to finally book through a different branch and they referred me to Sachan, had my appointment on a Tuesday was supposed to get back to me in 2 days and it's now been a week and a half later. Left voice-mail many times with no call back. Called manager Nishu left voice-mail and she hasn't called back either. So if you're looking for horrible customer service I recommend ScotiaBank on fraser highway.

If I could give you ZERO I would. The atms should be open 24/7 with card entry. Not acceptable in 2023.Horrible company don't bank here!

After banking with many different banks. This is by far one of the best I've experienced. Nishu and her team are extremely professional, efficient and provide the best service in the industry. Providing great knowledge and advice within the first visit. Lines are short, and bank staff are knowledgable and quick. Ensuring the best experience during every visit. I would highly recommend this branch to everyone.

I love going to this branch, team is very polite and helpful. They are very proactive, there manager Nishu is very sweet, she always welcoming and ready to help. Great team :)

Worst branch ever. Super slow and also the rep who helped me jasdeep has very terrible customer service. When asked for manager she says not there and did not offer alternative. I then asked for supervisor and she says the advisor is her senior he can he a substitute.

Monday morning at 820am. Drivethru ATM can't deposit or withdraw, and outter door is locked for the ATM inside. What is this building even doing here?

The branch is brand new but team and advisors are very knowledgeable and helpful. Nash Mehta helped me with my account opening he was vey helpful and nice

My experience was really good whenever I visit to bank. All the staff members are very kind and solve problem. I don't know name of girl employee at front with long hairs. She is very nice kind and humble.
