Running Room

My partner bought me a Running Room sweater for Christmas from the Downtown location. He unfortunately bought the wrong size and lost the receipt. I tried on the sweater once and it still has all the original tags. Went to this location and the cashier said they absolutely can't do anything about it, even though they are still carriering the same sweater and I just wanted to swap for a size fits.I called the downtown location to confirm there was nothing we could do... They are working with us to look up the purchase and swap it!! The cashier at this location didn't even ask if we bought it at this location or offer to look up the purchase.Definitely won't be stopping by this location again.

A really nice lady assisted me find the running shoes I needed today, plus she helped me finding my bus back to Swartz Bay terminal ;D Thank you!

Very helpful. I'm a newbie to running and the sales person was very knowledgeable and quite patient with my many questions. Great selection of running gear and some books on running for sale by the founder of running room. Highly recommend this store!

I just bought a jacket from here and the lady at the front desk was great. She was signing the songs on the radio and gave me 10 percent off. Thanks A LOT

My usual caveats for context, I'm a really picky shoe guy. I hate boring, drab footwear (with the exception of winter boots, practical wins there, though still one can find nice stuff).The lovely human working here, spent the better part of 30 mins, not only helping me figure out what I needed (an interesting challenge for someone who defaults to boots), but also doing her very level best to help me find something bright and ridiculous and colourful. MEN, be less boring about shoes, do us all a favour. Anyway, 5/5 would 100% go here again for shoes.

I went to this location today for the first time ever to find new shoes for walking. The gentleman that helped me was amazing. They were busy, but he still found time to help everyone. He had me do a couple things (standing on one foot etc) and came back with 2 pairs of shoes for me to try. It was an amazing experience and I am so happy I went there for my new shoes.

Every time I come to this Running Room location I'm impressed. The staff are great and knowledgeable (but not pushy). Also very nice that they let dogs inside the store.

I went in knowing nothing about which shoe type I needed to support my feet while working and running. The woman who helped me today were amazing and so knowledgeable. I left with an awesome pair of shoes and had a wonderful experience here. Would highly recommend this store!

Terrible service. Waited for over 10 minutes at the check out and no one even greeted us. The one and only staff member was busy running around with another person and didn't even bother to say she'd be a minute.

Fantastic customer service! This is the running room you want to go to, and ask for Sofia! She really knows what shoes are made for you and your type of foot.I originally purchased a pair of shoes from the Victoria downtown store. The sales associates I had were inattentive (on their phones, while I was the only one in the store), and ended up putting me in a pair of shoes that were wrong for my foot. After a few indoor runs, I was getting severe foot pain and ended up seeing a physio, who commented on the shoes being too stiff. When I took them back to the Broadmead store instead - Sofia was shocked to see what shoe I was originally sold based on her analysis of my foot. She found the perfect pair quickly and efficiently - just shows you the VALUE of TRUE EXPERIENCE in today's world! She even threw in a pair of running socks! Since then I have had zero issues, my foot pain has gone, and I am achieving my running goals again! I will gladly buy my shoes here in the future!
