Good service by this company.They got me into a cheaper plan with 1GB more than my old plan and the new phone works great.Also the PC optimum points is a nice bonus towards free groceries.

Abhikaran was absolutely amazing. He helped me get set up on my new phone. He waited until my phone was totally transferred over. Showed me how to do those extra little things that my new phone can do. Was very personable and kind. If you go into the Mobile Shop in the Shawnessy Superstore, ask for Abhikaran (Abhi) and he will help ou to no end. Thanks Abhi for you expertise and knowledge. It was such a great experience.

One of the worst locations ever.Criminality at its finest paid for an esim and the clown over there told me take this it will work and it wasn’t working before he said it will work. However it did not then I spoke to another clown and that clown said let me call the manager and see what she says and the manager said we can’t exchange it it’s your problem now.The worst people work at this location guys I am telling you don’t go here

Wow, I just stumbled across this place by accident and I am so happy I did. First, I would like to say that Ankit was amazing! He is very knowledgeable and is amazingly good at what he does. Today I spent the day researching phones and plans at home online and was planing on going to the Telus store in the morning once they opened. We went to the Superstore tonight for another reason and we met Ankit there who helped us save $20 a month on two lines, and in addition to that he added an extra free Gig of data to our plan! I can not recommend The Mobil Shop and Ankit more highly; this is the place to shop for your next phone!

If you need a new phone or simply an upgrade, go see Jeet and Ankit at The Mobile Shop in the Shawnessy Superstore. These guys are fantastic and do everything they can to make sure you leave the store a happy, satisfied customer. I did an upgrade and they took care of everything including making sure all my information was moved over from my old phone to the new one. I really can't say enough good things about these guys. Great service. This is the 3rd time I’ve bought new phones for my kids and myself. They always shop around for the best deals and options. Jacque even found me another deal a week after I purchased. Will continue to shop there in the future.

I really appreciated all their help in finding the correct phone for myself. Installing or backing up my phone was all done by the staff and they were always ready to help and work.i was really happy with everything they did! If you need a phone, they can get you the right model, in your price range! I highly recommend them!

I recently went to this location and me my daughter were there to get a replacement phone due to the fact that her phone broke. I will also add that this is the same store I've gone to for the past 3 plus years and received 5 phones With no Problem. When I got there there were 2 gentlemen working . They looked up my file in doing so .They said It did not have authority over the account Then I called koodo which is my service provider and I was hooked up with a rap that stated that I do have authority over the account which I already knew I have 3 phones on that account one for myself 1 for my husband and 1 for my daughter and my dad who lives in saskatchewan is the account holder and gave me authorityway back . I will add I've had this phone and this service for over 10 years. I pay my bills on time I get one bill for all 3 phones. But on June 26 I sat for 3 and a 1/2 hours in the store trying to get a replacement phone for my daughter who was paying out of old contract and purchasing a new phone.. the two men working questioned weather I had authority over the account so the rep from koodo contacted my father and confirmed I did and the talked to the man at the shop I had to give him my cellphone along talking to the rep from koodo the the mobile shop employee threated the koodo rep demanding his ID number and his name and in angry the employee though my phone on the counter and continued to question if I had authority even though it was said I did and they confirmed with my father . After that they said I only has authority over my number which made no sense as it was said by my father that I did have authority over all account under my name . Then the rep said he would stay on the phone tell it was all figured out and he would send confirmation to the employee and this older employee was very rude also while me and my daughter were sitting the he proceeded to place his knee on the counter and this exposing his genitals in pants but still his genitals were resting right in front of are faces and we sat there being belittled for 3 plus hours then the older employee was off and left and the younger employee was instructed not to move forward tell confirmation was received which it was then the employee tried explaining what and why's and the started raising his voice at me to the point were my daughter has to say do not raise your voice at my mother and at this point I was done and I had wanted to grocery shop and asked if I could do so while my daughter got her phone so I left my daughter and went grocery shopping when I was done my daughter was still there low and behold another problem

I needed a phone and plan quickly and they found me both and for less than 90.00 a month.They were very friendly and efficient and there was plenty of phones and accessories to choose from. I highly recommend them.

These guys worked hard to make sure I got all the discounts available. I was able to stack several offers and I am so happy with the plan I ended up with. They were very forthcoming with the available offers and didn’t pressure me into more than I need. Very friendly and helpful.
