Don't expect anything to be fixed well or any communication from this building. Consistently enter with less than 24 hours notice. Repairs take forever and are done in a shoddy fashion. Once they get your money you will get nothing more than what you have. expect your apartment to slowly fall apart while you beg for them to replace the absolute minimum.

The building is very well mainted by a wonderful super. Tenants are great.Unit is clean, lots of windows, lots of space.Parking is tight. Laundry machines are a bit of a headache.

The management is unprofessionals and you can call them 10x for something broken and they will just ignore you or smile at your face

We love the location. being retired we can walk to almost everything we need. We fine that repairs are made in a reasonable time

I have been here for 10 months and there are construction and renovations every day from 8 am- 9pm. It is extremely loud and disturbing; I would not have moved in here had I known.

Really like living here. It's convenient and everything that you need is nearby. Views are beautiful, particularly if you're on the side with a view of the Basilica.Never had any problems getting repairs, particularly now that there is an online repair request system.The electricity provider is kinda annoying but it doesn't actually impact our lives as long as you pay your bill on time.

I really like living here, PROS: the neighbours are so nice and the superintendents are fantastic, I have nothing but positive things to say about the people.BUT the CONS are pretty significant:1) the parking lot is extremely unsafe and residents have been reporting things stolen from their cars for months by people breaking in. Management seems incapable of fixing the problem but continues to charge each of us $50 a month for parking.2) electricity if provided by Wysemeter solutions (google the company and read their reviews!). Your first electricity bill will be $300 more just in extra fees, which is a lot considering my bill was only $20 in electricity used. I've had such a bad experience with this company I felt the need to warn people thinking about moving into this building. The electricity provider really is a scam company who thinks they can charge you whatever they want because everyone needs electricity.
