Bizarde is the BEST salon I've ever been to. Nathalie is the most incredible hair colorist; both times I've been she has colored my hair (blonde highlights and balayage) and I've never been happier with the outcome. Her technique is impeccable and she always makes sure she really understands what you want. Other colours I've seen her do also look totally incredible. I've also had cuts by a couple staff members and they are all just as talented and are really great at bringing your ideas to life and at figuring out what is best for your hair health, face shape etc. Not to mention the atmosphere of the salon itself is so fun and artistic. If you need your hair done in Montreal I cannot recommend Bizarde enough!

The first picture is what I showed the colourist for an inspiration picture. The second is what she gave me. This horrible, insanely expensive colour was done by their most experienced colourist. It cost $250, no cut, on chin length hair!! The stylist refused to give me a breakdown of the cost, only saying it was because of the methods and materials" without any specifics.I asked for balayage with a blended root and pastel pink colour. When I saw the result I almost cried. It was very streaky and there were huge chunks of colour missing in the side and the back. She also made the front pieces solid blocks of colour

Very nice haircut the first time. Second time i ended up with a hair cut that looked something like a clipper job #2. I had a maximum of 3 cm of hair left on my head, which was not at all what i had asked for but seemed to be the result of a lack of attention from the hairdresser. I waited a long time as well there before my unfortunate haircut . Several months later my hairs are still super short. I kept my camera off for my online meetings for about a month after that haircut.

I have fine curly hair and the cut ruined my curl pattern and texture. Don’t recommend if you have curly hair, my hair hasn’t been the same for 8 months unfortunately

A great experience. I felt very welcome and got a great cut and colour - a hidden hair rainbow!The salon is cozy and nicely decorated and everyone who works there is very open and knowledgeable.They don't do coffee and tea like some salons but you can go to the cafe across the street and bring it in - remember your re-usable coffee cup! ;)

Simply the best styling salon, by a long shot! Love the bright retro decor and all the plants!Master of the art Mike suggested the perfect color and execution was fast and professional. Yannick nailed it with the perfect cut and I’m still aching from his witty sense of humor. The very smart and friendly Veronique made me feel right at home and wanting to come back for more! I highly recommend this place.

A great haircut from experienced stylists and very good value for your money, especially with a student discount. The atmosphere is noticeably warmer and more inviting than any other salon I've been to. I've been to a dozen places around Montreal and I can't recommend this place enough.
