...because all my needs were met from the moment I walked in the door to when I left AND I was treated in a very respectful, friendly, thoughtful, and kind manner. In addition, the environment was clean, bright, and very comfortable.Thus - wonderful staff giving top notch service in a lovely environment!

Wow!I am new to town and was told by a couple of friends about Nicola Eye Care as they raved about them. My glasses were broken however I had been unable to get in due to my working hours but was unexpectedly off early today. I went in a half hour before their closing to see if they could help me but I really had low expectations. Not only did they fix my glasses but they did not charge me! What a service to provide to someone who is not a current customer.Well I am now!Very friendly staff with great customer service!

The staff was super friendly and Dr Narang was amazing , and great about explaining different eye issues. Mandy wow she killed it with great customer service listening to what I wanted and finding what I liked.

I would recommend Nicola eye care to everyone!When we called the lady booking the appointment for us was very friendly and pleasant!As we arrived everyone was friendly, and smiling. You feel very welcomed. You can tell the girls are very upbeat and happy! Was a wonderful environment! Thanks for the great service!
