Do not go walk-in and if you do don't trust what they tell you. Waited there for 2 hours walk-in as that is what they said to take me in when I asked after 2 hours they said it is another 2 hour wait. They could have told me the same so I would not waste my 2 hours. I couldn't go on a weekday as all of the appointments are weekdays so I thought to go walk-in which was not an issue earlier.

I will not be back to this location ever! I'm kinda grossed out especially since this is a medical facility!They put me in a room that you can tell was not cleaned from the last client. Now in covid times I do not feel like that is acceptable!Iv waited 30 min past my appointment time I started looking around and every where was just dirty! Like actual black on their shelfing!They had tape from last client's on the wall and garbage on the floor.I'm repulsed and grossed out

Staff is very friendly & helpful.Long wait 2 hours + every time I go.Their Appointment services shows bookings 2 months full. People who has to go there frequently it’s not the best place. They don’t have proper arrangements for chairs, imagine standing every time for 2 hours. They don’t have preferred services for disabled individuals, pregnant women & people with kids. Extremely poorly managed. Staff is knowledgeable but management really need to come up with a plan to sort this.

I have had bloodwork done at this location for many many years. My last appointment was the worst I have ever had. Staff were very rude, disorganized and were treating clients with disrespect.YOU NEED TO DO BETTER! Please be KIND Karma will get you every time. (ten fold)

Amazing again!!!! In my 48 years on this earth and getting countless blood work done, this lab is the only one in Calgary (in my opinion) with the most talented lab techs….RUBI ( I hope I have the correct spelling) was amazing, accommodating and very attentive… and the rest of the staff was amazing too…..the only thing was the waiting time but it is obvious because of the large volume of patients they have to go through!!! KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK!!!!

I recently visited the lab waiting room for some tests, and I must say that my experience was incredibly disappointing. The main cause of my dissatisfaction was the behavior of the lady at the front desk. Her rude and condescending attitude towards every person approaching the desk was completely uncalled for.One of the major issues I encountered was the inconsistent and unreliable wait time information provided by the staff. The lady at the desk would casually throw out wait times that ranged from two to three hours, then suddenly jump to four hours, only to revert back to three hours. This constant fluctuation gave the impression that she was arbitrarily picking and choosing which wait times to disclose, possibly based on personal preferences. It was frustrating and made it difficult to plan my day effectively.To make matters worse, it seemed like the lady at the desk was intentionally convincing people to give up and leave without getting their labs done. Her lack of professionalism and unwillingness to assist patients was evident, especially when faced with a four-hour wait. Such behavior is completely unacceptable in a healthcare setting where patients rely on accurate information and courteous assistance.A four-hour wait time is unreasonable, particularly when it significantly differs from the initial estimate. As a patient, I believe it is my right to be treated with respect and receive timely and accurate information about wait times.While I understand that staff members can have difficult days or be overwhelmed, it is their responsibility to maintain professionalism and provide quality service to all patients. In this case, it was clear that the lady at the desk failed to uphold these standards.I strongly urge the management of the lab to address this issue promptly. Patients deserve a respectful and efficient experience when seeking healthcare services. It would be beneficial for the lab to review its procedures, ensure staff members are adequately trained in customer service, and take steps to prevent similar incidents in the future.Overall, my experience at the lab waiting room was marred by the rude and condescending behavior of the lady at the desk, the inconsistent wait time information, and the general lack of professionalism. I hope that the lab takes this feedback seriously and makes the necessary improvements to provide a better experience for all patients.

Honestly can’t complain.Had to opt for a walk in apt as the lab central booking said next apt would be 1 month out.The waiting room was full, but they informed it would be 1hr 20min wait. (Not bad, I was expecting like 3-4 hrs) I also had the option to wait in car instead of the waiting area, which was nice. They got me in in 1 hour and the collection was prompt, once in the room you’re done in 5-10mins.Thank you for fitting me in!Staff was kind :)

Came into the lab and the door was open with no staff at all. There is no safety here in protecting you private and confidential information. There was patients that even walked through the back and checked the rooms and not a single person was in here.
