Les Lofts Ste-Anne

great location, room was very good. check in and out was easy.Was disappointed in the management. Hydro Quebec was doing some repairs and we had a power outage for about 10 hours (approximately 7pm-5am). Nobody reached out to warn us and we came back to a dark apartment that was running out of hot water. I had to call the manager to figure out what was going on. Manager did not check in on us afterwards or provide any other services that night.They even called me to help let other tenants back into the apartment. I understand the power outage was not in their control but was disapponted how they handled things that night.

This is one of the best places I ever stayed in. It's excellently located and very comfortable.

Pros- Excellent service (Julie was superb)- Located in the heart of Old Quebec- Lots of restaurants and shops nearby- Walking distance to most tourist attractions- Very clean and professionalCons- Sofa bed was a little uncomfortable- Can be tricky to find parking if not familiar with area- Can be tricky to find the entrance to the lofts

Lofts Ste-Anne was PERFECTLY located for our weekend stay in beautiful Old Quebec. Indoor parking was available just accross the street. Beautifuly decorated with modern furniture and decor. The apt had everything we needed and more. Highly recommended!

Small self-service lofts in a perfect location. Right in the middle of the center of Old Quebec and easy to get to everything. Clean modern with a very good bathroom.

Perfectly located, clean, cozy, decent price, close parking, coffee shop close, perfect for visiting old Québec.

Loved our experience here!Large, bright, spacious room with kitchen and great large bathroom! Clean, modern, good service. More like an airBnB than a hotel but we were very happy we chose this place!!!!Much nicer than the hotel" we stayed at afterwards.We would like to come again!!!!"

Loved it, very clean and quiet. Very friendly people, breakfast included was lovely. No elevator! 52 steps to the top floor. Perfect location.

This is a very clean and excellent place. It is my second time visiting in two different lofts. Both are extremely comfortable and well decorated. The cleaning team passes by often and they are always there in need of anything. The location is fantastic and everything is within walking distance. It is meters from château Frontenac, restaurants, boutiques, St Jean street and many more! An overall 10. Very recommended. I also wanted to give a 10 plus to Julie!! Any questions we had, any recommendations we needed, she always answers very quickly. I have been to Quebec City very often, stayed at beautiful hotels but the loft is the way to go!! It’s been by far my favourite place!
