Payless Online Travel

They have left my husband in turkey without helping him on a missed flight due to Covid saying all airlines are closed until January 5th. Which is obviously not true. Don’t trust this agency or they will leave you stranded to costing thousands of dollars

I've been using Payless Online Travel for personal and business trips, individually and in students' groups for more than 30 years. They have always provided full-detailed traveling services beyond our expectations. We'll continue to use their trustworthy services.

I have been booking my flights as well as my family's flights with this agency for years. They are extremely patient and helpful when it comes to bookings and always give us the best rates as I always check with more than one agency and they have always been the cheapest and easiest to deal with. I have dealt with Kavita, Raya, Jim, Aymen, and another Lebanese lady whom I'm not sure of her name but they are all very very helpful and patient with me.

THIS REVIEW IS FOR THE NORTHEAST LOCATION:An agent called Kavita kept on lying to me about calling me back with my travel info she says I'll call you back in 15 mins then nothing next day she says I'll call back in 30 mins then nothing and so on ...Why do you have to lie ?You want a costumer to buy travel packages from you like this ?She clearly didn't really care if i want to deal with this company or not !Very unprofessional , she needs to learn a lot , i ended up going somewhere else , don't deal with them !A basic question about travel fares needs days to be answered !

Very unprofessional and overpriced. We were a group of 10 we’ve used Payless travel in the past but through a lady named Raya that no longer works there but we decided to book through them anyway. We gave the go ahead to book and they had our tickets on hold while we come the next day to their office to pay. The next day they they try to charge us an extra $600 saying that the prices went up overnight. What’s the point of putting it on hold?We ended up finding a better deal online. Stay away from this place.

BRIDES BEWAREI planned a destination wedding through this company and I had to change my wedding date because of there lack of care.My agent went on sick leave and didn't tell his co workers about my account, so when my fiance called and said can you please book our seats we had to call them every other day to be told that they were working on it. finally a week later they give us quotes and informed us that there is only 5 seats left on the flight we tired to book 3 months ago with our other agent (that doesn't even cover our family, let alone friends that were attending our wedding). they showed no remorse, and kept telling us to wait and see if more seats open up. To any bride this is stressful and nerve wrecking. lucky for me I dropped the company found a new agent that very day and had my wedding date and flights quoted within 5 hours.I warn any bride to stay away from this company you will do most of the work to only be told to wait and not get what you want. Payless online travel (#513-3208 8th Ave NE Calgary) is a stress filled experience that made me talk to the resort to book my dates (so I had to figure out what date and flight would work around the date we wanted), told me to wait to book the flights that was already filled with other peoples booking and wouldn't compensate the cost if my guests had to pay more to travel to Vancouver or Toronto just to attend my wedding because they just didn't book anything for us even though we had asked about booking the flight 3 months prier too.This was the most tear filled, stressed out I have ever been. They just don't care about you they just want the commission off your booking.

Couldn't provide information about flying to the USA if unvaccinated until I buy a ticket.Ridiculous...buy a ticket and then be told NO you can't do. Would never use this agency.

Worst place to deal with!!! They promise you the world and deliver a half eaten slice of moldy bread!!! Not worth the “cheap” prices they promise

Stay away from this place they are only there to take your money everywhere $450 to change a ticket for some reason I changed my ticket I lost $1200. I’m going to put this on the news

If you are looking for a reasonable traveling rate and advice, this is the right place to visit. They've very good customer service.
