I tried to bring my service dog in and was told I wasn’t allowed, I tried to explain that she indeed was allowed and he tried to make me look like a fool in front of everyone even asking what my disability was and why I needed her.

The owner is rude and arrogant. Half the machines are broken. The washroom is filthy, it doesn’t even have a mirror. All the items in the store are way overpriced. They don’t take credit cards and charge 18 cents for debit. Going there is like being in a 3rd world country. 0/5

Very friendly employees. With a variety of items for sale. If your not satisfied with your item they in most cases will refund or exchange.

I love the laundry facility. You have a choice of machines that are mostly clean, works well, there are seating areas that are maintained and the dryers typically dries my clothes in less than 25 minutes; who can ask for anything more?! Plus, if you need change, ask the owner and she/he doesn't have a problem with giving you whatever change I need. I don't have any problem going here.
