Sales guy was nice. The price is the price they won't flex but wanted car so I paid cash. Went for my complementary oil change and the lady came out with a clip board and started doing a huge inspection on car. I explained I just bought it?? She was rude so after wasting 20 min I left and went to the drive in oil change place on Cathcart I was in and out in 10 min. Progressive can keep there free oil change its not worth the aggravation! Love my car thou!!

This is my second vehicle purchased through Progressive in Sarnia…and also the second time through Pat. He is awesome, takes the time to go through details to ensure you get what you’re looking for with ZERO pressure. Justin was great with me too..no upselling, no sugar coating…they both just want you to get what’s best for you. I will definitely be back!!

The worst service I have ever seen. My fuel tank was leaking and i went there to check my car. I wasn't expecting that they will charge me $120 to just check what the solution is. And they didn't tell me that there is a charge to just check what will be the solution. Just before that, i had checked my car to 3 other mechanics in the city. No one has charged me just to check and find what will be the solution. Here they took $120 just to get the car in and check what will be the solution to the fuel leak. Moreover, the lady was rude also. I told her to call me when the check got done. But she didn't call me and at the end, i went there to ask if it was done or not.Totally disappointed.
