Okanagan Estate Wine Cellar

Staff weren't friendly and watched me like a hawk while I was there. Felt like they thought I would shoplift and was very put off by that..today I was at the airport at 9pm, they are supposed to be open until 11pm and are already closed. Would have made a purchase of they had stuck to their business hours

Didn't appropriately package wine so airport security confiscated it during layover. I asked for a refund and shop keeper hung up on me. Money down the trash.

Store says see gift shop for wine. Went there lady said I had 1 minute in store as her main job is gift shop. When she got there tried asking for info on local wines. She again informed me she knew nothing and it’s not her job. I’m don’t waste your time even asking

This store is so poorly managed. There are boxes and boxes of wine just sitting on the sales floor, crowding the space and looking unsightly. The associates were just chatting instead of shelving or putting away the merchandise. They also made everyone put their luggage in front of the cash and because there are low wine displays, I couldn't mean my suitcase on anything so it fell over and the associates just laughed. Then when I tried to pay, the other customer's luggage was.completely blocking the area in front of the cash so I had to lunge over it to use my credit card. The associate did nothing, didn't hand me the machine or anything. Service here is atrocious.

Last chance to buy wine before leaving Kelowna by plane. Beware if you have a transit and a security check,you might lose everything. The packaging won't allow you to bring your alcohol trough security check. Price are quite fair. And they have a good selection of wineries.

Okanogan Estate wine cellar has a responsibility beyond its own sales. It is the last impression and opportunity for visitors to experience our wine. The issue is they are unreliable. This is the second time I have been on a late afternoon flight out of Kelowna and this very important ambassador is closed this is embarrassing for all who work hard to promote a very special valley. Let’s get rid of these guys and replace them with someone more reliable and committed
