Accommod8u was very helpful with the transferring of my lease, especially Teresa. Teresa went above and beyond to make sure my needs were met and was very patient and helpful even when people who had agreed to take my lease had cancelled. Teresa was there to help me and make sure everything went smoothly!!

I lived at the 131 University Ave building for 2 years. The location is very convenient. Building facilities were nice and new. Whenever there were problems, maintenance quickly came and fixed them. My agent, Teresa, was also extremely responsive and helpful. It was pretty good experience overall.

I have been living here for nearly a year, and overall my experience has been good. The most important thing is that agent Maggie Ma is very nice. She helps me anytime when she’s available and patiently and promptly responds to various questions. I highly recommend choosing her as your agent when looking for rental properties!

As an international first-year student in Waterloo, I cannot recommend Teresa enough as a rental agent! It was my first time here and it all felt unfamiliar. She went above and beyond to help us find our most suitable apartment, and made the entire process smooth and stress-free! If you want landlords entering without notices, noisy renovation works when you are staying there, and some rude maintainance guy interrupt your online meetings to yell at you, then this is the right place to rent from.You can also rent here if you enjoy arrogant customer service, illegal fees, and their tricks to avoid their responsibility.If they post template replies that asks me to send an email to them, I would say that I have sent many emails to them before without any meaningful replies from them.

This review is specially addressed to Maggie Ma, as a leasing consultant of Accommod8u. My family and I were looking for a place to live for a while, where we eventually got into one of the unit at Albert Street (The HUB). I commended her calmness and prompt replies to all my inquiries as we moved fast to get a 2 beds 2 baths unit. The surrounding is good although it isn’t a quiet area versus to our previous home within Beechwood area. However, the transit connection is great for my children going to their schools. The unit is well maintained and fully furnished that brought less hassle for my family to move. The greatest things from Maggie was she was able to catch our decision with various discounted rate to offer us, even I could say a great deal that really save some in my pocket as the monthly rent is lower than our estimate budget that secured into 3 years terms. There will be no way I could say no to this excellent service at many point. Thank you!

I just moved in at 201 Lester St with Accommod8U and I am really impressed by their service. Katie Whitham, the representative from Accommod8U was extremely helpful and answered all the questions we had as a group and individually.When I moved in, the thing that I really liked is the cleanliness of the bathroom, kitchen and common place. Attached photos. The only thing that could use a little work is the carpet. It needs to be vacuumed. I already asked for it within the 24 hours inspection, hoping to get that done soon. The window from the outside is a bit dirty but hey, for a reasonably priced apartment, I can't really complain.From fridge to the sink, almost everything was cleaned properly and the apartment seems to be in a very tip-top condition. Almost all the equipments work as they should; heater, thermostat, fridge, dishwasher, microwave, stove fan, stove light, 3/4 burners, etc.My room has desk, small wardrobe, bed and thicccc single mattress, all of which seems new! The chair is a bit wobbly but I wasn't even supposed to get a chair in the first place. So, can't really complain about that.The outside seems a bit shady to me at night. So, I prefer to keep my bicycle inside my apartment instead of the bike rack outside. There's plenty of space in the living area inside the unit to do so.All in all, I like the service provided by Accommod8U and I would definitely consider this place for future renting as a graduate student.
