Call It Spring

This store receives one star because they kindly put 2 shoes aside for my husband to go buy after work. However when my husband brought the shoes home, we realised that one of them was damaged. The other one which was for me was too big. My husband returned to the store to request a refund for the shoes but he was told that he did not receive the shoes damaged. It was simply assumed that he was lying and was not given the refund. This is definitely unprofessional behavior and we will definitely not be shopping there anymore.

Brought a pair of boots for my mom. Honestly it looks nice. The leather got winkles for the first time she wore it but it's ok. What I'm not happy with is that when we asked for a size 8, the girl autonomously gave us a pair of insole without saying anything. When we were paying, I realized I have to pay for it, which is $8-9. My mom thought it was a bit too expensive after I paid. So even before I leave the cashier desk, I asked if I can refund that. The girl said that they were not doing refund before 28th. So I went back after 28th. And then, they told me they don't do refund with insoles because they can't be sure if the customers have used them or not since there is no seal on the casing. So...how do I know if no one has ever use them before I brought them and why tell me to come back since I can't refund them after all? So I can take them back home and u got the reason to reject me?Be careful with it. It's not about the money, it's just not nice hiding the truth from customers.

Went in for a pair of heels for my friend and Latasha assisted us. She was a great help and very friendly. Great staff and the overall experience was very pleasant. The store itself is clean and organized, and their shoes are reasonably priced. They have a great selection of boots, heels, and loafers. Will definitely be going back!!

Honestly I like their shoes and they have good prices as well but costumer service sucks. I worked costumer service before and I know that sometimes it can be stressful but thats no reason for employees to be rude. If you don't wanna help then don't work here. I wanted to get a pair of shoes the other day and nobody helped me, I literally had to follow employees around for help. An employee was trying to avoid me and when I asked her she just told me that they didn't have those shoes in my number and turned her face. She barely looked at the shoes, and she didn't even bother to offer other options.I'm a very patient shopper, I always try to bother the least posible and I understand the stress that costumer services can cause so me writing this review really means that I had one of the worst costumer service experiences at this store. A lot of my friends have told me similar experiences about the TERRIBLE COSTUMER SERVICE AT THIS STORE.

Completely preposterous behavior from the employees there in the store.I went to the store last week and honestly, I never felt like that ever before.Looking for help from a shop assistant as I was not able to find the right shoe size, trust me she was not behaving right. I am not sure if it was my face or if she had a bad day but it was pathetic.She went in to find my size, arrived back, and stood there talking to her coworker at the counter they had an extended conversation before she handed over me the shoes.I was frustrated already and sought help from another assistant l, but she refused to step up, so I remained silent and waited patiently.It felt like wasting time after a while when a customer's matter is not accounted for, I took off and found a relatively similar shoe at another store & ended up purchasing it there because people cared for me to try different sizes.You guys this was rude and disrespectful. Your sale was dispatched to a different store by your shop attendants.I feel sorry for her as this kind of situation demands customer-facing exercises.Please do the needful.

This is the only place I've bought casual, work and dress shoes for the last 5 years. Decent looking shoes for a decent price, a helpful staff and frequent promotions.Wish the store was a little bigger though, so that you have a larger selection and are more likely to find the right size immediately.HOWEVER, they can order any size for you or you can shop from the site and have your shoes shipped to the store!

What a poor experience. Almost no shoe in stock in my size. Some poor guy working the floor with some menacing 511 chick watching over the staff and running to the back to grab shoes. Couldn't help but notice that moral was awful. I only managed to try on one pair out of 5 I requested in my actual size as they didn't have any others in back after having the inventory count on their device say they did. I found it strange and cant help but wonder if it had something to do with the stern nightmare woman dictating everything. She even tried to tell me how to wear my shoes

I have very bad experience at this store. I bought the pair of shoes and it was on deal. After 5 days, I went for exchange for bigger size and they were like horrible. Not listening at all and claiming me of fraud. It is horrible place to go.
