Horrible road rage and dangerous driving. This person in their company vehicle was going at least 30km over the speed limit in town and laying on the horn when he got held up behind anyone. Weaves through traffic the whole time and used the unprotected bike lanes for passing too. Saw me taking a photo and gave me the finger. Just awful

Just received a delivery by Richard. The package mailed to us (in Cloverdale) did not have our unit number on it - and Richard went above and beyond and asked a neighbour in the complex (who happen to be outside) and made sure he could find us and deliver to us. So impressed with this amazing service - thank you!!

At first, I was pleased to hear that they were able to delivering a cake (many courier companies can't because they are fragile). I told them the cake will be ready at 12 and I needed it here before 2pm. Gave her the information she needed. She said that the courier will deliver it before 1 because he will come straight from the shop and that I could pay the driver in cash. ($19.70) OK GREAT! She calls me at 1 pm to tell me she had the address wrong and asked me for the address again. (I thought she would have already picked it up and delivered by now) The new quote would be $34! I told her this was not my fault that she got the address wrong and that I shouldn't pay for her mistake. She didn't apologize and just asked me if I still wanted the cake over and over again. Of course I still want the cake that I ordered and since I only had an hour to get it here I didn't have another choice then to pay the $34. I asked her if I could pay with credit card, she said that would be an extra $5. And said the driver can't give change. The women was rude and didn't care whatsoever about a new customer. Also $34 to deliver a cake for a $10 min drive is ridiculous.

I deal with Vancity at work every day and I can't say enough good things about them. I can't comment on prices because I don't actually see the costs on my end, but their customer service is excellent. I know when I call I'm going to talk to someone who genuinely wants to help me. Easy to use service and easy to deal with company.

This is a company thrives at the expense of contractor’(drivers’) interest, especially those new drivers. By exploiting new drivers and keep changing them, the company earns profit without increasing costs to the clients. Good for clients but not ethical. With the rising costs of gas, the drive needs to spend at least $70 on gas, dispatch fee and extra insurances; but for a new contractor who work hard for 8 hours /day without even having time to pee or lunch, he can only get paid for $90 ish for about 15-20 orders of “pickup - (transfer)- delivery” jobs done. No less than 10 kilometre travel per job. So that means the driver can get paid $1.5 -$2 per order; or less than $3/hour net ( worse than a third world society!). Their driver app would not disclose any pricing information “for private purpose” until the payday! Even, on payday, they don’t get to learn how much the driver earns on a specific job. The company only provides a report showing the sum or each day earning. Although the contractors were told to be paid by commission 69% of the order cost, is not transparent! So 99% of the new driver’s will leave the position as soon as they receive a pay check. But the company get to exploit new people again and again. I don’t know which department (group) can overlook and regulate this type of business. Anyone has any idea? Please let me know. I hope the people don’t apply to be a driver at this company anymore. It is heart breaking, it is ridiculous, it is inhuman.

If I could give zero stars I would. Terrible customer service! They were supposed to deliver a birthday present to a family member. They called me to say they had tried to deliver it but that nobody was home. This simply was not true, two people had been home the whole day. They also insisted that they had called the phone number associated with the delivery address and been told nobody was home. When I asked who they talked to they said Stephanie...there is no Stephanie at that address. They said they would try to deliver it again and asked me for a time to deliver it the next day. I told them I would speak to the person it was going to and get a time and asked them to hold the package until they heard back from me. Instead, they took it back to the store where they had picked it up. When I called them with a delivery time the woman in the office said, 'I dont have to talk to you. The package was returned to the store' and hung up. Rude and unreliable!

Dangerous and discourteous driving on the road. If this man is.going to drive around with the company logo on his car, i would better represent myself as a professional. Did me a service and i would not use them ever. When I called the company the woman was nonchalant about; makes you wonder if it happens a lot.
