Cordelia's Locket Cafe & Bar
This is by far the best restaurant in Squamish. We've been here five times and each time we've been thoroughly impressed. The quality and presentation of the food is fantastic, the space is inviting and beautiful, and the service is great. And both their wine and cocktail lists are well curated. It's a wonderful place for a date night, but we've also taken our 5 year old daughter and she loves it, too. It's the only place in Squamish that's worthy of dressing up for a night out.

We had a great time during our company's Christmas Dinner Party. Chef Richard has prepared a delicious 5 course meal and we enjoyed every bite. As a bus small business owner myself, I appreciate how Kelly and her team took care of all the details in advance, food and drink menus, a gold leaf special request for desert, photographer. Saturday brunch was amazing! The Corned Beef Hash was the best I have ever had! Staff were super friendly and great to deal with. To top it off, the location and view is beautiful! I will definitely be back!

From the greeting straight through to paying our bill the entire experience was top notch! Melissa took such good care of us the entire time. We started with fresh beautiful oysters and signature cocktails then headed straight for a Charcuterie board that could only be described as... this is what meat and cheese dreams are made of!!! The wine recommendations were spot on! These ladies truly know their stuff!!! I am overjoyed with my experience !

Wowza! Hands down the BEST pancakes I've EVER had. Steel cut oat raspberry pancakes rocked our world! The breakfast sandwich was also gorgeous and delightful in every way. Staff was lovely and the music was great. Thanks for an amazing brunch!

The cocktails at Cordelia’s are great. They have an excellent variety, probably the best in Squamish, and are original. It's great to have such a selection of good cocktails close to home. All tables, or almost all, have a fantastic view of the Chief. It's a great “drinks with a view” spot.Unfortunately, the food was disappointing, and the quality didn't match the price. The duck confit was very dry, and it seems like it was cooked and reheated 2 or 3 times.The braised short rib was good though. It had a good balance of flavours and was not overly rich in flavour. Next time I'll order it again.One of the other tables ordered a charcuterie board, which looked amazing. If you check out Cordelia’s, consider ordering the charcuterie board. It looks really great.

We’ve done happy hour and several dinners at Cordelia’s which we have enjoyed and the addition of brunch is amazing. The raspberry pancakes were delicious and the shakshuka was a stand out! The non alcoholic drink list is long and they have all been delicious from virgin cocktails to fruit shrubs - yum!
