Mold and bedbug infested. I’m so glad I got my kids away from this disgusting place. Used needles everywhere homeless people living right outside your door. Avenue living fired all the security and the homeless took over. Photos will follow. I lived under urban life management for 3 years and they sold our units to avenue living. We never signed a lease with this new company. They took ownership and instantly made MASSIVE changes to our standard of living which was terrible to begin with. I never signed a lease with said company avenue living and yet they are trying to send me to collections for breaking a lease with them that I didn’t sign! What is wrong with this company I also didn’t receive my damage deposit back

The townhomes are great. So much space. A yard. But the area isn't ideal for families or people concerned with homeless people.

The townhouses are nice, new flooring and good size yard. Great for a starter home.Shery is/ was fantastic to deal with. Super nice and very friendly.
