Winnie was excellent to work with during our condo purchase. Highly knowledgeable, patient, and generous with her time, she was prompt with answering our numerous questions and ensured we felt comfortable with the process, which was novel to us. Legal fees were quite reasonable as we shopped around with 2 other attorneys/law firms that were also recommended to us.We were very happy that we chose Landmark. With every email or call, Winnie was beyond helpful by providing links, videos, and additional information to aid us as buyers. Quick to respond to all questions fully, professional, experienced lawyers. Winnie and her team are the best! All communication done by email or video calls. Only signing the final wills were in-person. We mainly worked with Mike on drafting our will with short notice on getting it executed. A 3-week process, that would have been shorter if we had submitted the forms and required info sooner. We were also not available to sign until a week after the drafts were finalized, so that added in time to the entire process from initial consultation to signing/executing the wills. Winnie and Mike prepared my husband and my wills seamlessly. The whole process took less than a month in virtual space except the final signing which is in person. The firm prepared many helpful explanatory videos and presentations to guide us along. All our questions were addressed quickly and fully. The fees are reasonable. Highly recommend.

We were referred to the Landmark Law Group since December 2022, I had the pleasure working with Mike Chen and Winnie Luk-Taylor with getting our Will agreement in placed. what an pleasant experience since it was our first but overall I would highly recommend them as I realize how detailed they were with the questionnaires.I will definitely utilize their service in the near future for other legal matters. Winnie and Christy were a pleasure to work with. My parents only speak Cantonese, but they patiently accommodated them. Communication was mainly done through email, but they called and also spoke to my parents in person since they weren't comfortable with technology.
