I work on a laptop all day, and my neck was foofed. Stephanie worked her magic and, after only one session, I could go back to long hours of screen time pain-free. I also followed her advice to buy a laptop stand so I wasn't looking down for 8 hours a day. That has made such a difference! Now I got to her because it feels so great once a month to be limber :)
