I reached out to Julie over the weekend to help me out with my sons birth registration. We needed it expedited before leaving to Lebanon. She got back to me Monday morning and was able to process it for me in time. Excellent response time and help!

I received a call from Julie confirming any typos on my application which shows how much she cares about every single customer. While on the phone I brought up that I had another request that I needed to run through the embassy and she took her time to guide me and ask me to send my papers to her so she can expedite it and process both requests at the same time, saving me months of waiting time. I was honestly so happy that she handled my file and would highly recommend dealing with her because she is super helpful and shows how great of a person she is.BIG THANK YOU JULIEyou made my day :)
