During the reopening process of the cottage, what initially appeared as a cracked water meter fitting, was the beginning of a 6 hour process of detecting and repairing burst pipes. During this process, Mike was careful to only cut out flooring and drywall that was absolutely required, even if it meant a bit more difficult repair. He was clear and concise and gave suggestions and n upgrading various connections and piping while the various sections of floor were exposed.Furthermore, he offered solutions and ideas to correct the various design flaws and static temperature issues found as the repairs went on.Mike was eager to help when called at 8pm on a Friday and was prompt and punctual to arrive at 8:30am on Saturday to begin; he came well equipped and worked very diligently. His obvious years of experience were a definite assist to have on a call like this. We will be using Mike and his team when the time comes to replace the lines.. but hopefully not too soon haha.I would absolutely recommend them for any task within their qualification scope.

Mike called me back literally as I was leaving him a voice-mail, very responsive. Mike's guys have done a few jobs for me now and it's been a great experience every time. I was referred Mike and Terry by a good friend of mine. Mike called me back right away when I called and was out to the job site to get a quote. He was accommodating for me as well as the individual who lives there. I have never met such hard working individuals in all my years of owning homes and needing work done. The repairman came out to my house to see what the issue was. He said he would get the required parts and return later that day, or if not, then on the following Saturday. Never showed up. No communication either. Waste of my time.

I flipped the coin twice trying to get this company out for a quote on some work I needed. Both times I was ghosted. Promised to come have a look at a certain time. When he didn't show I texted asking if he'd be coming out. No reply. I've noticed I'm not the only one something like this has happened to.

Mike has done a few jobs for us, installing a gas fireplace and new gas lines, as well as various plumbing jobs. Always neat and tidy execution, sorting out old issues and giving great advice. Highly recommended.
