Signature Place

I moved in to a studio in late December, and it's been an incredible place to live. It's quiet, clean, well maintained, and a very safe building. The office staff have been great! Pia did her best to make my move in as soon as possible and stress free. The maintenance staff are kind as well. The laundry room is always clean as well. The location is excellent, as there is a bus stop just a half block away on Jasper ave, a brewery next door, along with a bakery, coffee shop, takeaway dinner shop, home goods store and a nice park a block away. 124st is very close, and there is a Safeway about a block away and a Loblaws on 104ave which is a 10 minute walk or so.When I moved in, the apartment had been cleaned well, and I have zero complaints! It is an older building, so there aren't as many electrical sockets as you might like, but I've made it work so far.The building allows dogs, but I have yet to hear any kind of barking or noise. I have a cat and she's quite at home here.

I moved into my one-bedroom apartment in August 2021 here in Signature Place. Super happy with my place so far. Awesome place to live, great location close to restaurants and transit. Management is amazing and available on site. Very kind staff and responsive to issues/maintenance. Would recommend to a friend!

I was just looking for a good and safe apartment but Signature Place exceeds my expectations. The staffs were all kind and friendly. I really appreciate Ms Pia, the leasing agent, as she helped me big time throughout the process of moving in the building smoothly!

We have lived in this building for about a year. Leasing staff has been great-- very friendly and responsive. The units have a lot of space, although the kitchen could be updated. You can't really hear your neighbors in their unit, so it is pretty quiet.Only thing would be some of the scheduled work in the building (ie, with the boiler, parking lot cleaning, water shut off, elevator repairs) can take longer than what is advised. Although the staff is very good with apologizing for the inconvenience and letting you know when everything is back in order, even if it's late.The building is super clean, and new notices are always posted in common areas or delivered to the suite. Great building and lots of friendly people :) We are happy to stay another year or two!

Since moving in, the staff have been nothing but amazing!Pia was very professional, and made the moving process stress-free!Rouie has always been willing to help me (very efficiently) if I had any problems in my unit.They always greet you with a smile! If I could give more stars, I would!!!

I have no complaints about Signature Place. I lived here for 12 months, moved elsewhere, but I came back for another 15 months (and counting!).Pia, the leasing agent, is extraordinarily friendly and very helpful. I've never had a mechanical issue or otherwise, and the building is always immaculately clean. The location is great too: it is not the middle of downtown, so it's not loud and obnoxious, but it's close enough to get everything you need and quick access to public transportation.I am happy to call Signature Place home.

Lived here for 2 years; Pia and all staff on site were always super helpful and friendly! If I had any maintenance requests, they were answered and fixed within 72 hours. :) So happy to call this one home for a little bit and I'm only moving due to life changes!

been living here for more than a month now. so far, so good. location wise it is phenomenal. there's tons of restaurants around the area, bus is very accessible. grocery stores are nearby and there's a bakery just next to it.The living space is bigger than the other places that I've seen before. Walls are thick so you barely hear your neighbors which is awesome. There is also so much closet space to store stuff in. The building manager and the staff are friendly. I had a concern and they quickly set up the maintenance to fix it.I havent tried going to their gym since the mandated rule is still on going.but still 100% would totally recommend.

My first impression of Pia, the leasing consultant at Signature Place is one of utmost professionalism. She took the time to show me several units, and then took the time and was very patient in reviewing rate options. She offered an early move in which I am very grateful for. She was very accommodating with my elevator reservation requests. She is always welcoming and friendly to myself and I see her treat other residents the same way.All the residents I’ve spoken to are happy with their stays at Signature Place. The building is very quiet, cleaning and maintenance staff are often present. The laundry room is clean. It’s a clean building and I feel safe there. Rates seem to be competitive. I would definitely recommend.

I loved living at Signature Place. Pia Bolivar makes you feel right at home and Rouie, the maintenance worker was the absolute sweetest guy ever. If I ever needed help with anything they were always one call away and would often times help right away. It's perfectly situated in an upcoming neighbourhood where everything you need is in walking distance. My window faced east and in the summers i would get the most amazing sunrises.
