I stopped in today on a chance they might be able to repair some sunglasses that I had purchased in the States. A screw had popped from my frames and left the sunglasses unwearable. A helpful employee did not hesitate. Had the lens back in and new screw in place to reattach the frame. My favorite sunglasses are now back on my face. Thank you!

I brought my glasses in as the frames were bent and filling off my noise and they fixed the frames, replaced the noise pad and tightened the arms. No charge and so professional and pleasant. Highly recommend them.

Had a great experience at Optiks in Yaletown. Ali was great, as were the rest of the staff - knowledgeable about products (was looking for prescription sports glasses) and followed up with the delivery, which was on time as promised. Would highly recommend.

I came in to get the frames of my prescription sunglasses fixed and to tighten my glasses. The manager, Ali, was extremely helpful and kind. He fixed up my frames very quickly and put a-lot of care into fixing them back to sit on my face straight.

Always clean, the staff are very friendly and knowledgeable, the atmosphere is calm and there is a large selection. Glasses are always pricy but I feel if you want a great in store experience Optiks Yaletown is a great place to check out.

Always excellent service at the Yaletown branch. Very knowledgeable staff, they greet you warmly and help with whatever you need. And no pressure. I've bought my last several pairs of glasses there; any time I have needed an adjustment or a lense popped back in after I've dropped them, I just stop in and they fix them right away. Five minutes and I am in and out. Because I bought my glasses there, they have never charged me a dime for repairs. Just a fix, a smile, and a wave as you leave!

Great experience at Optiks International - Yaletown branch. They all are very professional, patient and knowledgeable. Mr Ali was helping me and after making 2 pairs of new glassess, he suggested second opinion - I just could not see well. And he was right. Unfortunately, my old optometrist gave me wrong prescription two times. I booked the appointment with Dr Heather Chin at the same location and I finally got my glassess. Would highly recommend!
